This newly built home ready for rental for the 2018 season tucked into the maritime forest in Topsail Beach makes for a dream vacation on Topsail Sound! The floor to ceiling windows in the large great room play up those Topsail Sound views and help you capture those sound side sunsets in all their glorious splendor! Bring your boat and take it out for a sunset ride. Relax and watch the sun go down from any one of the multiple decks provided from ground floor to top floor. Two balconies face toward the ocean side of the providing even more views and the opportunity to see the sun as it rises over the Atlantic Ocean! The private beach access across from the end of the drive makes for a quick walk to the beach!

Please note: For security purposes, exterior cameras are installed facing the entry door, driveway, and backyard areas.
