Enjoy the convenience and luxury of being oceanfront here and come and go to the beach as you please. When you are looking for a break, head up to the main floor sun deck to take in the spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Spend some time under the stationary awning on part of the sun deck if you are looking for a shady spot. You'll find plenty of peace and tranquility here.

After showering off in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower on the deck, head inside to the bright and comfortably furnished living room. Take in a movie on the 55" flat-screen TV or settle in for a night of great conversation with family. Steps away, the kitchen, dining table and kitchen bar are great places to prepare or enjoy a delicious family meal together. It doesn't get much better than dining on fresh local seafood when you are at the beach!

During your stay, we know that you will spend a lot of time on the ground floor of the home as there is plenty to do here. There is a quaint den/game room complete with double futon, flat-screen TV, foosball table, bathroom and kitchenette (microwave, sink and compact refrigerator). This air-conditioned spot (through the wall unit that also includes heat) is perfect for the kids to getaway and watch a movie or take a nap. Please note that is does not connect with the main part of the home. Also, on the ground level is a truly special covered outdoor living area for all in your group. This area has comfortable seating, a picnic table, a hammock, a second outdoor hot/cold enclosed shower, a bar, a fish cleaning sink and games such as corn hole and horseshoes. There is plenty of room down here for the whole family to enjoy. You can play down here during the day or night as there are plenty of decorative lights and a ceiling fan for your comfort. This area is truly unique for a beach house, and what a special treat it will be for your family. Cheers!

This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more!  Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.
