Awesome access to the Canal

This trip was for my mom’s birthday and everything was amazing! The house was clean, being able to fish from the backyard was the highlight of our trip! George answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as smooth as it could go! We will definitely be back!

Best time at Belle Brisa

This was the best booking I've ever experienced. The owner quickly responded to every & any question or concern. Friendly neighbors made the area welcoming. The home was very clean, spacious & relaxing. Highly recommendfor booking to anyone. Would love to book again in the near future

Belle Brisa experience

The communication with the host was outstanding and they really care for the property. Comfort, cleanliness, amenities all pretty good. Top Sail has become one of our year destinations in the US and can say that our experience on this property was great.

An easy house to enjoy Surf City beach

This property was immaculate when we arrived with everything easy to find. Plenty of towels and hot water. Clean washer and dryer handy to use. The location is good for safely walking down the street to Public Entrance #2 to the beach. The owner took the time to alert when the red flag was up farther down at the Pier. The street is quiet during the day and older kids could bike. We all love being on the canal and watching others’ boats go by. We use Food Lion in Sneads Ferry - the Publix in Surf City is a nice store but Resort Pricing seems to be in play, and it’s busy to get there. The Shrimp Lady nearby the Food Lion has very good fresh fish and shrimp. We found the grill too dirty to use or try to clean and suggested the owner take steps. I think he will. We didn’t fill the house but think it would be very comfortable for a bigger crowd than ours. There’s an astonishing amount of storage space.

Best Vacay ever.

This is one of the best beach homes we have ever rented. It was spotlessly clean. Well organized, well stocked. Comfortable beds and plenty of wide open space. Lots of amenities.The back balcony deck overlooked the canal. It was an absolute treat to sit on the balcony and have coffee overlooking the water in the early morning. So peaceful and quiet. My family had a stress free fun time. We cooked all of our meals in the big beautiful kitchen. My little grandgirl LOVED the house and she is our biggest critic..She had a blast fishing off the dock. The recliners were extra special with heated massage.I could go on and on. Thank you to Holly and George for blessing us with a place to make life long memorie.

Mental Getaway

Perfect home!

This home has a beautiful view of the canal , the home itself was absolutely gorgeous! The owners were very accommodating! Everything you needed for a comfortable stay was in the home! Plenty of beaches around along with many restaurants! The home itself was super super clean and the checkin/checkout process was very easy!! Highly recommend!!

Family Friendly

This is a perfect house for a family beach vacation. My three boys loved fishing in the bay every day. The beach was a very short drive which was nice. The house was clean and updated, and the owner was easy to communicate with.

Beautiful Vacation Home!

What a fantastic house! Everything was beautiful, clean, and incredibly well-stocked. The canal setting is gorgeous and next time we'll plan to bring a boat. Great communication. Not a single complaint. We're very grateful to have found this house and will certainly be back again!

We had a 4 day stay at the property and couldn’t of asked for better weather. We enjoyed just sitting on the back porch watching the view from there as well as the very short distance to the beach. My sister was already planning next time. Hope others enjoy everything is there for you.

The property was bright, airy, clean and well appointed. The view from the screened in porch was terrific. Everything was recently remodeled and fresh. We had a blast with our dogs on the beach, it is a bit of a walk, but we are in our 60's and had no issue. Also were able to explore in our inflatable Kayak which was enjoyable. Highly recommend the house, one of the best we have rented.

Our family was pleased with this property. Clean, well equipped canal house. We were able to have our boat behind the house and enjoy the back yard, dock, and walks to the beach. Owners were great and house was perfect for our family.
