Summer sunsets glow through 10 feet of glass opening to a large deck. Dozens of books, board games, and puzzles will keep everyone entertained, along with a 70” TV, DVD player, and Bluetooth sound bar.
Enjoy 1,400 sq. ft. of unsurpassed outdoor living including lighted decks and extensive Polywood outdoor furniture (Adirondacks, chairs, rockers, chaises, and a round table). Beach toys include bodyboards, sand chairs, and beach umbrellas. The huge main deck has no-splinter, cool-to-the-foot teak decking. The private walkway/stairs to the beach has both shower and hose to rinse off sand and salt. Half of the deck is covered and shaded by the upper deck. There is a second, enclosed, ground-level outdoor shower below. The top-level 30 x 10 oceanfront deck has aluminum decking and amazing ocean views.
