The one bedroom condo was perfect for a beach stay. Nice beach view from the living room couch or the large balcony. Spent a lot of time on the balcony. The couches were comfy and even had cozy blankets for cool evenings.The kitchen was well equipped with a nice sized round table right nearby. Would stay here again.

Nice ocean view! We didn't use the pool but it looked nice and I can see that being a plus for some people although it closed at 8 every evening. Very close to Surf City restaurants and stores. Just about a mile walk down the beach to the pier. The host was very responsive when we had a slight hiccup getting the door access code. My only suggestion would be maybe an upgrade to the living room furniture as it was not very comfy, but overall a great value for the location and ocean view.

My wife stayed at this condo as a reprieve from being the main caregiver to her mother for over a year, and counting, of a cancer battle. She absolutely loved it. We always love condos at the surf. This one in particular, she said, felt homey and comfortable.

This property had everything needed for a great stay. Appliances were great and bathrooms too. TVs had great assortment of option channels. Property was close to beach with great parking underneath. Bed was very comfortable. Property had nice deck facing ocean for beautiful views.

A Gem By The Sea

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was beautifully furnished, decorated, and well stocked with necessities like cookware & dishes. It's just steps from the beach with a great view, and a very short drive to shops, restaurants, groceries, etc. We loved it!

Lovely little spot on the beach

We start with amazing, almost immediate, and friendly communication to adjust our stay and then helping us get in when VRBO wouldn't let us access codes. The condo itself has all the comforts of home. There was very little we needed that was not already there. The condo has easy access to the beach. A laid-back, carefree vibe

Decorated with light, airy colors, accents of natural wood and beach-themed décor, this home blends the indoors with the surrounding beach environment for a relaxing experience. Perched just behind the dunes this sparkling clean, spacious condo is perfectly located steps from the beach with a lovely ocean view. The view can be easily enjoyed from inside, but the cozy covered balcony provides much more. During our stay we spent much of our time there sipping, talking, reading all while enjoying the salty air, refreshing breeze and soothing ocean sounds.A flowing layout with kitchen, dining, and living areas seamlessly connected, allowed for easy movement and socializing. The well-equipped kitchen with a large peninsula was perfect for preparing meals. The spacious bedroom suite was well appointed with everything a traveler could need, and at the end of each day we slept well in the comfy King size bed.Our host was most gracious and provided us with all the guidance needed for a carefree vacation. We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay and will surely return. Thanks for everything Dwen .
