Location! If you are wanting to avoid the traffic of staying inside Branson but have access to shows and The Landing this house is the perfect location.The house was so spacious with 7 king beds along with 6 bathroom's. It’s perfect for a large group.

Plenty of room for the whole family, had safety gate for stairs area, pool was still open, and grandbabies loved it. Communication with host was excellent, even offered to doordash a handmixer and oven mitts. We will definitely stay again.

We just returned from our stay in Branson and had a great experience. The house was clean, exactly as described, and had plenty of space for our whole family. We encountered one issue during our visit, but the owner responded promptly and resolved it quickly. Communication was clear and timely throughout. The location was also very convenient—close to many local attractions. We’d definitely recommend this place to others!

Perfect family house!

The host was amazing! He was very helpful and responsive. We all loved how comfortable the beds were and I was especially thankful that there were blackout curtains on the windows since most places don’t have those. Everything in Branson is a fairly short driving distance from the house so it was very convenient

Family Get Together

We had family from Northern Illinois, Central Illinois and South Carolina celebrating Dad's 93rd birthday. We enjoyed the property and exploring in Branson. We loved the number of bedrooms and made ourselves at home. Thank You, Chris!! PS We did have 2 elders in our group and used the basement patio door to take them in and out. That worked perfect for us.

Great Family Get Away!

This house was perfect for our family. Everyone had own space and bathroom. So much better than a hotel. We could have meals together and play games after our adventures of the day at the huge table. We may not have gotten to be on the lake due to weather but we still had a great time!

Great Accommodations

We were there for a work trip and did not wish to stay in hotels for a week. Communication with the owner was great. All amenities were great. All appliances were working properly which was huge so we could cook, clean and get ready in timely manner.The neighborhood was nice. We will definitely reach out next time we are in town.

2025 Family Vacation

This house was perfect for 12 adults and 4 children 10yrs and under. The location is great!! The house was clean and more than we expected. Pleasant Getaway

First and foremost, Chris was one of the best hosts I have worked with. He was very quick to respond and addressed any concern I had. The home was extremely clean and spacious, we had 8 adults and we never felt like we were in someone's space. There was a minor problem with the internet, I reported it to Chris and he got it taken care of in a matter of minutes. There's a basketball court across from the house and I was going to head to the store for a ball but he had 3 of them in the laundry room. Hot tub fits 5 adults comfortably and is deeper than it looks. We grilled one of the days and it was clean and enough for a rack of ribs and 6 steaks. Location was great and it was quiet, if you go outside at night you can see all the stars. I could go on and on about this but I'll just leave it at this, I will be working to book with him again yearly as this was a top tier experience!!

Great Get Away for Mom's BDay

Our stay was amazing and the house was so comfortable. The beds were great and it just felt like we were at home. Any questions we had were answered quickly. The only problem we had with the house and no fault of the owners but the front steps to load in items are very steep (just be aware if elderly visitors). The rest of the house is amazing and we had so much fun

Autumn Getaway

It's a beautiful home in an excellent location. The neighborhood is quiet and feels remote, but is very close to all Branson and surrounding areas have to offer. The home is spacious with plenty of comfortable beds, pillows, and bathrooms. Amenities are plenty as well as games, wifi, and tv's. Very comfortable and relaxing, we loved the colors and decor. We hope to come back again!

Fantastic Property

The property was great, tons of space and comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils which was much appreciated. The host also reached out prior to our stay and provided tons of recommendations of places to go, restaurants, etc.... The house was very clean and ready for our stay. The pool as part of the complex was great also. This place was just minutes from Big Cedar Lodge which was also great. We will definitely be back!!!
