With its own private entrance, it enjoys an idyllic location on a farm, nestled on the sunny side of the beautiful mountains near the charming village of Hollerbach-Mittersill and the Kitzbühel ski area. It offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Pinzgau region.

Both apartments share a private entrance and are accessible via a lockable door on the same level.

Truly surrounded by nature, with mountains all around, yet only a 5-minute drive from the Kitzbühel ski area's valley station. Cross-country skiing and downhill skiing are therefore available in the immediate vicinity. Of course, you can also enjoy wonderful hikes, play golf on the 18-hole course, or visit the Hohe Tauern National Park visitor center.
