Introducing a spectacular Lake Macatawa waterfront home! Sleeps 18 plus! Located on the prestigious south side of Holland, situated perfectly on a calm water cove. This stunning brick and stone ranch, features a window filled lower level! This incredible home was completely renovated inside and outside just this year! The house is positioned perfectly between Holland's charming downtown and the famous channel which leads into Lake Michigan. Lake Michigan is known for its world class boating and other recreational activities which provide endless amounts of fun. This lakefront retreat features an incredible heated pool with water sprayers, custom underwater lighting, plus a diving board. The unique gas fire pit has seating for eight and sits in front of a 100 ft dock with water electricity and night lighting. Additionally, an elevated deck which provides a panoramic view of the lake along with a lower level covered patio and entertainment center! This sheltered courtyard allows for outdoor enjoyment rain or shine. Inside this stunning remodeled residence are four custom stove fireplaces, six bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and the sleeping in every room features a window with lake views. The two primary bedrooms are on each level with one bedroom featuring a Juliet balcony/deck also with lake views. The other bedroom is hight lighted by a custom fireplace also with lake views. An amazing home to make wonderful vacation memories!

House was beautiful and great for our trip with extended family. Cannot give 5 stars due to a couple small hiccups: real estate agent coming to provide a tour of the house, someone knocking on the door mistakenly thinking there was an open house the day before we left, someone coming to spray fertilizer on the bushes and we had to turn him away due to having small kids playing outside. Overall a beautiful stay and beautiful house.

Beautiful Views and Wonderful Location

Eight of us stayed very comfortably in the house during the first week of the tulip festival. It was an easy location to get to and from downtown Holland and all the activities without having to stay amongst all the busyness. Views of the water helped make the trip very relaxing, which was needed in between all the activities we had planned!

Perfect Home

The home was beautiful and clean. The home was exactly like the description and full of amenities. The pool and access to the lake were fantastic. The beds were comfortable and room were spacious. It’s close to downtown Holland and a short drive to Saugatuck. Our entire family, ages 10-75, had a fantastic stay.
