This one-bedroom 2nd floor overlooks the main shopping district in award-winning downtown Holland. The fully furnished kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The bedroom is spacious and includes a king-size bed, dresser and a large closet. A sleeper sofa in the living room will allow this unit to accommodate up to four guests. The bathroom features custom tile, a granite countertop and a large soaking tub with shower.
Centrally located in the heart of the 8th Street business district this condo is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, breweries, Sperry Movie House, and Hope College.
The buildings that house the Lofts date back to the early 1900s. The architectural details and unique construction provide a perfect backdrop for these condos.

This condo was very clean with generous storage and a kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils. We used it over two nights for our son's graduation and related activities. It was perfectly located for that purpose and adjacent to downtown shopping and restaurants. Note that this sleeps four only if two are sharing the living room sofa bed.
