Beautiful house in Holiday, Florida. Very nice neighborhood.
Close to the Beaches, Parks, Shopping and Restaurants. Scalloping season is July 10th to August 18th. Bring your boat or rent one and have blust time! Minutes from the water!
2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with bonus room, to fit the whole family.
Beautiful Robert K Rees park beach 15 minutes away and downtown New Port Richey walkway 10 minutes away with many stores, amazing restaurants, splash kids parks and much more.

Pool was green. Bugs crawling on the walls in the bathroom and kitchen. Air conditioner wasn't working well was 78 degrees in the house. Yard wasn't mowed. I could go on. Host was unreasonable stayed one night paid for the week she wouldn't refund me. Stayed at a hotel.

I should have paid more attention to prior comments, because this sweet little house is terribly neglected. I didnt think any of my complaints would be addressed, because its obvious the owners appear to have a low standard of what their guests would expect. However, I didnt let it ruin my trip, and would not recommend it unless proff of home maintenance was taken care of.

Good enough

Needs some love. Cleaners need to be more attentive. Trash can was full outside. Yard needed to be mowed badly. AC worked well. Good water pressure. Fair communication. Instructions did not have accurate code for lockbox. We needed an inexpensive option for a holiday weekend and this fit the bill. Has potential but needs a little more.

The pictures in the website do not resemble the actual property, they may have years ago but the outside of the property is shabby and unkempt. Nothing but weeds for the front yard and not even mowed. The pool are was ok but no lounge chairs to relax on and outside of the screened in section, just overgrown weeds. The kitchen had no toaster and there was no hairdryer as listed in the website. Pillows in beds were flat as pancakes. We were given the wrong code to retrieve the key but she got back to us quickly to resolve it. All in all we were disappointed as we were expecting the website properly, not the one we got.

This is not a three bedroom house.

The location was great. Close to nice beach, good shopping, and great restaurants. House was lacking a few amenities, like hair dyer, which I left at home b/c it was listed that one would be there. I had to go buy one and a toaster. Pool area was not what is pictured. Cover to the pool was wadded up in a corner, and screen above pool was torn. Never used the pool b/c it looked dirty and there was no info on how to clean it available. We had to fix the side door b/c it kept flopping open and there was dogs from the neighborhood roaming in our back yard.The "third" bedroom is not a bedroom. It is another sitting area with a sofa bed. There is no privacy or closet to be considered a bedroom.The rental could be perfect with some minor improvements.was torn.

Unbelievable!

The thermostat did not work. We took the cover off and the batteries were corroded. My husband replaced the batteries and still did not work. We called the owner who said she would send someone over in 10 mins. No one showed up. The place was dirty and reeked of cheap air fresheners. The washer and dryer were in the garage with a broken dryer sitting beside the others. The garage was full of junk, perfect spot for mice and snakes. The patio door did not lock. No toaster. Used coffee grounds in the coffee pot. The third bedroom was a 3 season room with cookies in the couch. Sheets were all mismatched. Stayed one night and left, This place was disgusting!

Clean and Good for Larger Families

Check in was extremely easy. Home was comfortable and could easily sleep 6. Appliances appeared to be new and the ice maker was very much appreciated. Unfortunately there was no service to the tv but the owner has a plan. We would stay again.
