About this space
Have fun with the whole family at this well appointed, self catering villa. Sugar Cane Ridge 7 is situated within the fabulous Royal Westmoreland Resort and Sugar Cane Ridge is ideally located a few steps from the Club House, the Sanctuary Gym & Swimming Pool and other key resort amenities.
The villa comes with Royal Westmoreland membership and full access to the Club facilities. Golf on the fabulous championship course is subject to Green Fee charges. See notes under "Guest Access".
The space
This elegant, split-level villa can sleep a maximum of eight adults. Two bedrooms, including the gorgeous master suite, open onto the pool deck. A third bedroom completes the lower level and the fourth ensuite bedroom is conveniently located on the mid-level adjacent to the main entrance to the villa.
All bedrooms have Airconditioning as well as ceiling fans.
The living room and kitchen enjoy high ceilings with fans - no airconditioner but a lovely breeze flows through when windows and doors are open.
The kitchen is equipped with Meile appliances along with wine fridge. A washing machine and dryer are also located in the villa for your use.
BBQ provided for your enjoyment.
Guest access
The entire villa is yours to use and enjoy. There is a gas BBQ grill on the pool deck for those relaxing evening BBQs.
You can also enjoy all Club facilities which includes the gym, Sanctuary swimming pool, tennis & Padel courts and the Beach Club at Mullins
IMPORTANT UPDATE
From 1st May 2026, Royal Westmoreland Club will be introducing a daily charge for issuing house guest cards to Member’s rental guests. The charge will be US$10 per day, per registered guest (17 years of age or older). To access the Club facilities (Beach Club, Beach Shuttle, Gym, Sanctuary Pool, Tennis, Padel & Pickle Ball Courts), guests must register at Guest Services and pay the required fee for the issuance of house guest cards. This is beyond the Member’s control.
Other things to note
Housekeeping is included during your stay for your comfort and we also offer a Concierge service to ensure that all of your needs are met, prior to and after arrival.
All Government Taxes are included in the rental rate.
