Our family of 4 including a 9 month old baby stayed at this beautiful slice of heaven for 6 nights. The staff there were go good with the entire family and a extra big thank you to the concierge Ms. Ha. The shuttles to and from Old town were clean and had aircon. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our time at this resort. My partner and my daughter were in heaven with the 1 hour massage treatment at your day spa. Thank you to all the staff who made our trip one we will never forget 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

What an amazing place, the hospitality from the moment you arrive until you depart is wonderful. The food was fresh and various, the amenities were impressive but the outside area is truly amazing from the gardens to the beach and of course the massive pool area. Rooms are large and spacious with great balconies, naturally the higher the more spectacular views. This resort also has a top floor bar and great gym.

As soon as we drove into the gates of this resort we were in awe of how luxurious it was. The staff are so friendly and helpful, always say hello even if you are just passing them in the hall. The location is great, a 20 minute drive out of town where it is quiet and you have a very clean, safe beach with cabanas to lay under and swings to swing on and watch the ocean. The pool is huge! We enjoyed renting an inflatable swan to float around on in the sun and drinking coconut coffees on the sun lounges. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable and everything is very clean. The house keeping come once during the mid morning to do a full clean and then again during the evening to turn down your beds and bring you fresh towels which we appreciated as we were showering more after swimming. There is a shuttle bus to and from the old town which we used 4 times. A taxi to Hoi An cost us around 300000 vnd one way so the shuttle saved us lots! The food was nice, some buffet items were cold by the time we got back to our table to eat at dinner time but that is part and parcel of buffet dining. The breakfast selection is fantastic and everything is fresh and clean. I asked the chef cooking omelettes if I could have tomato and cheese which were not the standard ingredients and the staff chopped up the tomato and cheese specifically for me which was great. The buffet got very busy and loud at the peak times of the day (around 9am at breakfast and 7.30pm at dinner) so I would recommend going early as the food is fresh and it’s more quiet. We had dinner one night at the a la carte restaurant called ‘An’ which we loved - I recommend ordering a Vietnamese dish! We visited the spa twice and both times we enjoyed it. The foot massage was very relaxing. We also had a Balinese massage and facial which was less relaxing as the massage was quite painful but very useful in getting the knots out of our muscles. We visited Vin Pearl land on one of the days which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel have golf carts to shuttle you to and from the gate (just a few minutes drive) and there is so much to do there. We spent the morning on the water slides and didn’t line up once as the park was very quiet and then the afternoon on exploring the river safari, cultural town and theme park. The cultural town with silk weaving demonstrations and traditional Vietnamese houses was my favourite. Overall we absolutely loved our 8 nights here and were very sad to leave! We spoke to one of the concierge ladies as we were leaving and get English was incredible. The concierge ladies come out to personally wave us goodbye. We will be back, maybe next time with a couple of kids in tow :) Thank you for everything Vinpearl Resort!

We had an amazing week here with our two daughters (1 and 2.5 years old), my in laws and some friends in August. Everything was made to make our stay enjoyable! The rooms are spacious, we were comfortable even with both our daughters in the room. They are pretty sound proof it would seem as well because with the jet lag, our girls were quite noisy the first few nights, but my in laws who had the room next door didn’t hear a thing! Views from the balcony are great - I believe all rooms have a beach view. The pool is huge and adapted to small children! There isn’t an actual kids pool but half of the pool is only 80cm in height which means our 2.5 year old, even though she doesn’t know how to swim yet, was able to jump in by herself and although of course we were watching her every second, she could enjoy the pool with her friends and spent hours in it! There are 3 restaurants, 2 of which are buffet style. Not necessarily both open if there isn’t enough hotel guests but they serve the same food anyway. The buffet was unreal. Best one I’ve ever been to. So much food on offer, great variety, and of course always some Vietnamese local dishes to try. There is a great kids club! It was perfectly suited for our children who are quite small. Staff, whether it be at reception, at the restaurant/bar, room service, cleaning, at the kids club, etc. were all and always very professional. Some really go out of their way to please you which was very appreciated. They have their own massage institute (Balinese), and we all got to enjoy a complimentary foot massage which lead us to book a 1 hour 4 handed body massage.....! What an experience! And last but not least, VinPearlLand is a huge theme park right next door!! Definitely worth a visit. Negatives: (not many but there are a few...so hoping this will help them improve!) We were very very surprised to see that a lot of staff do not speak nor understand English..... still some progress to do there if the resort hopes to attract more international travellers. It’s slightly annoying to have to ask 4 to 5 different people for barbecue sauce (as an example..). At this stage, it seems the majority of clientele is Asian. Communication/information provided is not always the same from one staff member to another. So often confusing. This was a problem we faced several times at reception. Room service is quite slow.... that’s just a luxury I guess but you shouldn’t need to wait 1 hour when you order a pizza and fries.... The resort is definitely secluded... there is NOTHING around. You definitely need a cab/driver to get around if you want to get out and about. You can spend a week without moving from the resort of course but if you want to do a few day tours to neighbouring cities, you will need to organise a car. One way transfer from airport to hotel (or hotel back to airport) is included. But one way only..... gotta make your own way back. Conclusion: We absolutely loved every minute of our stay!! Staff did everything to make our stay unbelievable and unforgettable. We booked a luxury package through a holiday website which included a free drink per day, an entrance to VinPearlLand and a complimentary foot massage. We definitely recommend VinPearl resort & golf!

We just stayed a week here and I can not fault the resort or the staff. The rooms were modern and comfortable and the staff were brilliant. They are so friendly and helpful the entire stay. I highly recommend this resort.

Tuyet nhung and Ty ,nguyen the are very kind and friendly. And here food is really delicious Shrimp and spring roll is delicious Also kimchi is more delicious than korean. All staff are very kind thank you I really love Vietnam♡

The concierge staff were amazing, helpful and kind- My Ne, Happy and the others girls. Also amanee was fantastic always making sure we were happy. Vu - recreation staff was so much fun with tennis- we hope his ankle is ok! Ramoin at reception upgraded us - Thankyou! We used all the facilities- kids club, tennis, jacuzzi, pool, beach etc. GREAT THINGS AT THIS RESORT- The pool is wonderful with free use of mermaid costumes and kites The rooms are spacious and clean So many choices at the buffet for breakfast and tea. They even made gluten free bread for me! The staff are lovely and so willing to help. They are polite, courteous and always have a smile. The concierge staff have excellent English and we went to them for everything. The beach was huge! We went swimming and it was clean and well kept The rooftop bar was beautiful and we enjoyed the live music NEEDS IMPROVEMENT - More organised activities such as group activities eg. Language classes, stretching classes, family activities such as games nights, ping pong table, pool. Or even an area where families can be together and play games, cards, read books, newspapers etc. In kids club and the cocoon restaurant the window blind cords are hanging loose. In kids club I saw multiple times infants and toddlers playing with the cords and wrapping them around objects- please clip the cords to the wall to avoid potential injury! We were told 3 different things regarding late check out and in the end we didn’t know which one was correct- very confusing. The resort is isolated in the fact there are no nearby shops, food etc. they could have extra shops at the resort such as swimwear, clothes, shoes, jewellery etc. or even have a market night where they set up little stalls for people to buy traditional items (they do this at the big resorts in Thailand like the Marriott). All in all we were very happy here and enjoyed our holiday. The VinPearl Land was a great day out and the shuttle bus there was handy. The kids did the cooking class and LOVED it! The staff at this resort really made our stay here great!

Nice staffs, good services but I did book pick up car from airport to resort by myself. Resort doesn't have services to take guests from Da Nang to there. The An restaurant is very nice with pool view, good food for breakfast & dinner. Beautiful view from my room but the bed is not quite comfortable, I am not familiar to sleep on "soft mattress" like the one in my room.

The resort is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are massive and lovely. Yes the bar fridge would be good if it was cold but it did the job ok, that was my only issue. The pool is massive and so beautifully warm. Overall the resort is fantastic. The staff can't do enough for you. Apart from English not being very strong, service was great

Clean modern rooms. The only down side of the rooms is the bar fridge which is barely cold. Fabulous kids club. Terrible tour booked through the hotel which was refunded after complaints. Pool is beautiful, but water temp is hot. The oversize inflatable pool swans are dangerous and should be removed from the pools as they pose a safety risk. Their pool side menu is lacking. No pool side service is not 5 star. Most staff were fabulous - particularly Phuc Thinh (Guest Relations) who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. As an Australian, the language barrier could be a problem some times. The shuttle service is great as the resort is 15 mins out of Hoi An town, however they need to increase the regularity of the service. Having to book a shuttle service 24 hours in advance is ridiculous of a five star hotel. Of most concern is the amount of plastic wastage. The number of small water bottles being consumed is extraordinary and disturbing. This resort should install water coolers on each floor and provide guests with water jugs to fill as they require. This would eliminate so much plastic and landfill
