I will absolutely stay here again. Everyone was extremely accommodating. Location was perfect overlooking the river. Walkable to Old Town and pretty much everything. Bikes available, too. The only things that I wish were better were the WIFI in my room (working occasionally, so you have to go to the lobby area to get a stronger signal), and the ability to take a longer hot shower. Hot water was available, but in limited amounts for the shower. But well intentioned, of course, for preservation reasons. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel as an option. Huge room too with a nice balcony. Staff was incredibly helpful throughout with great restaurant suggestions. Got drop off/pickup laundry done there, too.

Small Boutique hotel on the edge of Old Town on quiet street. We booked a Riverside balcony room for two nights and fell in love with the area, the hotel and the staff, and stayed an extra night. Room was as advertised with balcony and great view. Nice quality bedding on a standard extra firm bed found in most hi humidity locations.

One of the best of Hoi An

I had a great experience staying here, almost perfect. The beautiful river view, the comfort, nice breakfast everything was amazing. The staff were always helpful with a beautiful smile, many thanks to them. I would absolutely stay here again

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was charming with a beautiful view on the river where we could watch the boats on our balcony. It was just enough distance to avoid the mayhem of the tourist hustle and bustle but close enough to stroll to it along the river with plenty of shops and food along the way. The staff were amazing and the size of our room spacious and clean. We took advantage of the free bikes to ride across the river to look at the farms and villages and ride to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

A modern hotel in a quiet convenient location with very friendly and helpful staff. It is a easy walk to the main Hoi An areas and if you bought too many things to carry, a golf cart ride back is only ~$2 US. The balcony view of the river with lantern boats at night is very nice.
