From the moment we arrived, Coco River and their staff was perfect for our family.
The staff from reception, security, restaurant and housekeeping were lovely and provided exceptional service which cannot be faulted. They made us feel great and provided an exceptional level of experience.
The hotel itself is a great base and has a great swimming pool area, as well as clean and large rooms and we felt so welcomed and at home, we actually cancelled other accomodation and extended our stay twice because of the experience we had.
There were comments prior to going that we read about location, but honestly this wasn’t an issue. Yea, it’s away from the hustle and bustle, but as a family we were happy to take a 5-10 minute grab to the main “touristy” parts of Hoi An. There is also multiple restaurants/food options, pharmacy, convenience store, coffee shops and motorbike rental within 400m of the resort so was nice to get a respite from the madness of Hoi An which can be overwhelming.
In saying that, we will be back here and will recommend the hotel to anyone considering Hoi An, especially those with younger children as it was perfect for what we needed.
