We stayed here for 5 nights and really enjoyed it , is a good spot with free bus into town or a cheap taxi ride away . Is right on the beach which is nice and close to some good little spots to eat at ! Place right opposite was really nice. We found most the staff helpful but not as friendly as other places we stayed in Vietnam. The pool area is great and a good spot to relax after a busy day but the screaming children who were in the pool most of the day ruined that a tad!Think We will look for a more adult friendly spot next time
We stayed here for two nights during our 15 day cultural highlights tour. Our room was clean and comfortable with a small private outside area (room 116). The beach is lovely and you can see the fishermen in their round 2m diameter woven basket boats. The pool is large and warm and I think the whole place is well designed. We found the staff very obliging though they ran out of money to exchange which wasn't a big deal. The buffet varies. I asked for a Vietnamese coffee because the plunger stuff tasted stale and one was made pronto.
Stayed 4 nights. This hotel just 7mins out of Hoi An Town. The hotel provides a free bus into town running various hours and return. Hotel is right on the beach which was good for swimming the days we stayed and also had a large nice pool. The hotel is not one of the large multi storey big hotels which we don't like. Its small, friendly and modern. Rooms are a good size with large king size beds. We had room 201 which did back onto the main road but the road was not busy all night. The hotel staff were very helpful when our transfer to the airport didn't turn up. They rang the transfer company on our behalf to help sort it out. Couple of restaurants down the beach to the left and more straight across the road from the hotel. One thing I would like to mention is the noise next to our room from staff. I think they must have a staff room very close by and the staff would arrive early morning and have a chat with each other which woke us up on 2 mornings. Overall would happily stay at this hotel again.
The hotel staff was pleasant and attentive, and the hotel was in a good location to Hoi An while still maintaining beach access. The grounds and hotel are well maintained and the room was well-appointed and comfortable. The hotel also offered a regular shuttle service to and from Hoi An, which was extremely convenient. There were the typical amenities of most higher end hotels, including an extensive buffet breakfast, wifi, bath robes, etc. My only criticism was that it was a little noisy outside of the room, with the cleaning staff and other guests moving about. But for the price point and overall experience, I highly recommend this hotel.
My husband and I spent 6 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. If you like smaller resorts this is ideal as it still has all the conveniences like a restaurant, pool bar, beach bar and spa. Nice relaxed and welcoming feeling. Close to the Ancient Town with regular shuttle service. We often got a taxi back from the Ancient Town for convenience and that was only 100,00 dong. Walk right down the beach a little way and there is also some restaurants in the beach with cheap cocktails, beer and yummy food - our favourite was the 2nd one Wild Beach.
We had a fanatsic break away at this hotel and only wish we had stayed longer. The staff were the best and most friendly we experienced throughout our 2 week holiday. Breakfast was also the best we had by far!. We would book here again in a heartbeat. Free bus into The old town and free bikes to use so very easy to get around. Well worth booking here.
The best part about this resort is certainly the beach. I managed to catch the sunrise a few mornings and it was beautiful. Head down to the beach at about 5-5.15am and you won't be disappointed. It's summer time and the heat could get really quite hot. Thus I tend to have an early breakfast and be at the beach by 7.30am. The water is warm even in the morning and one can swim leisurely in the water before the waves gets a bit choppy towards later part of the day. The resort has a beautiful garden and the pool is nice and warm. As for the rooms, the furnitures are rather dated and are chipped here and there. But the room is clean. Hospitality did a great job cleaning my room and getting the sand out. Many Thanks! Initially I booked a deluxe room and the furnitures are clean and new. However, I soon realised, the balcony faces the backyard of the next property (and not the gardens) and there were some works going on and thus, rather noisy. I asked to change rooms and decided to pay for an upgrade. I did not get a ground floor room which allows one to just walk out to the garden but the first floor room that faces the garden and has a little seaview. But I am happy with the change. At least I can look out to the gardens. Thanks to the front office staff! The breakfast buffet is adequate but nothing to shout about. I try to eat something different in the buffet every morning just so I have a bit of variety for myself. Would be great, if they serve more of their famous local Vietnamese salad. THe shuttle services though not very frequent is the best way to get to Hoi An town. There were times, I decided to take a taxi back to the resort from the hotel. Some of the staff were well trained, polite and friendly. I have also encountered staff stationed at the beach club - who are taking orders for food or drinks that are rude and unhelpful. They looked reluctant to take orders or to attend to the guests. One of them even raise his voice at me when I asked some questions about my bill and etc. He even questioned whether I am a guest in the resort and insisted I signed the bill with my full names and etc. I was really very shocked by the attitude and I wonder if it is a case of language barrier or just lack of training. The rudeness was shocking to say the least and dampened my otherwise nice stay at the resort. I hope the management will look into this and provide adequate training to the staff.
I have been very pleased with this resort after three days and four more to go. The rooms are lovely. We can step out of the glass doors to the pool area. Shuttle service to town is free and frequent. Pool is beautiful and clean and a minute to walk directly to the private beach. The breakfasts have been so so but adequate. There is certainly enough choice.
We arrived at Boutique Hoi An feeling unwell with a case of food poisioning from dinner in Danang the day before. The staff went above and beyond all expectations to get us checked in as quickly as possible. They ensured we had everything we needed for the duration of our stay and checked on us regulalrly to see how we were feeling. Everything here at Boutique is how you expect to find a beachside resort. Clean, tidy, attention to detail perfect. Thank you we will be back.
Lovely hotel which provides a shuttle into Hoi An throughout the day and evening. The beach is beautiful and so warm and you can have a cocktail and snack at the beach bar. The pool was lovely and warm in a beautiful garden setting.. Very happy lovely staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
