This was a real surprise, in a quieter area but still really close to everything, The rooms, pool & restaurant were fantastic and all the staff were so obliging, pleasant & helpful, especially the girls at reception who were professional, informative, great communication skills, funny and very beautiful as well. I will be back
We are four girls who stayed in 02 Suite rooms last weekend. We truly make sure that this hotel is worth for your choice in Hoi An. The location is great, just around 10 minutes to the town by free bicycle The outside pool is an excellent place to swim . The breakfast spread was a delightful surprise. We 've had such a luscious buffet with many choices of international and local food. What makes this hotel stand out is the best service we received during our stay here. The staff are very helpful and friendly, Especially we highly appreciate Ms Jenny who was willing to take care us and already made my birthday time a delightful one , with only a delicious small cake in room, she made me feel warm welcome and surprised. Our Suite room was perfect. We recommend you to enjoy this nicely room. Definitely, we will come back soon!
I and my family traveled several major places of Vietnam and we agreed that the best place was Hoi An because of this hotel. The money we paid for the rooms is extremely cheap for this kind of place. They warned us that the hotel is very new, so we guessed that later hotel will definitely get 5 stars and prices will rise. Anyway, everything was perfect: very helpful staff, clean and cozy rooms, decent swimming pool, nice view from the balcony to the city and inner yard with the pool, excellent breakfast. If we ever will go back to Vietnam, we will go directly to this hotel!
Booked ourselves a 4 night stay at the Belle Maison because of the high rating and we were not disappointed. I agree with most of the reviewers here that this was excellent value for money, given the quality of the room and the breakfast buffet spread. The hotel seems newly refurbished and I found the common areas to be generally clean and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and would volunteer to feed/carry our 1-year old son during breakfast. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the old town, which is a bit of a trudge in the summer heat. If you're travelling with young children, taking the taxi is a lot easier and costs just under US$1. However, there were certain aspects of our stay that we didn't enjoy. There is ongoing construction works just next to the hotel so if you're looking to sleep in, this is not the best time to book the hotel. Also, we thought that the hygiene levels of the pool could be better managed as we noticed that some of the male guests were swimming in their briefs. There were hotel staff standing around, but they did nothing to stop these guests from entering the pool.
What a wonderful place, we liked it so much that we returned after a quick move to a beachfront resort(which we also liked) for our last 3 nights of our trip. The staff are hard working, very friendly and we felt very welcome and cared for. The band was excellent and were happy to grant our song requests and even welcomed my partner up on stage for his Elvis tributes. The spa was also excellent, Cúc was especially excellent, she was able to provide me with a very relaxing couple of massages with light pressure as requested. I fell asleep on one occasion. My partner was massaged by Trà who was able to provide the hard pressure he requested. The couples room was really nice. Our room looked over the rice fields and was quite large and the king size bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the noodle soup and congee were my particular favourites. Pool was really nice as it was protected by the building and shade could always be found (I burn very easily). Due to it being in the shade the water was actually slightly cool unlike the pool at the other resort that was almost the same temperature as the very hot days. About a 12 minute walk to old town, with so many restaurants and bars, we will be back and will be staying at Belle Maison Hadana Resort.
Convenient main road location (not loud at all) with very friendly staff who would love to mingle to you like friends. Staff service is on par with 5 star hotels who loved your feedback. It has all the facilities you require; free bicycle hire, spacious rooms, most facing the pool. It is a 1km+ walk to ancient town centre so best to ride a bicycle there, or a taxi (17,000 Dong). Overall we loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again when we come back!
Throughout my international travels over the past 35+ years, I have avoided both dining and entertainment at hotels, no matter what their reviews claimed and their ***** ratings. And, expensive to boot! So, when I was encouraged by fellow Expats also living in Hoi An to dine at the Belle Maison Hadana Hotel, I was more than skeptical. Well, I decided that I would give the place a chance, and my girlfriend and I entered the Hotel with that skepticism I mentioned before. Ok, I was wrong about everything. The Hotel is beautifully decorated, especially the area surrounding the indoor pool. We were warmly greeted at the entrance by one of the managers Jenny, who engaged us in a conversation about our expat life in Hoi An. So enjoyable that I almost invited her to have dinner with us... almost! Jenny escorted us into the Hadana Bar and made certain we were seated and already attended by a waitress with menus before she left our table. By the way, Jenny returned 2 times to check on us. Thanks Jenny! The smiling, courteous, attentive waitress was at hand to take care of our requests throughout the evening. Now, the food. Hmmm, the first real test. Our martinis were surprisingly more alcoholic than I expected... actually a bit too strong for me, but I'm really not a drinker. We were there during Happy Hour so the 2 for 1 was plenty for us. My chicken cordon bleu and my girlfriend's seafood platter and pizza was beautifully presented and perfectly prepared with large portions. It was all very tasty, and we ate all of it. No dessert. Stuffed! The entertainment in the bar was a husband and wife duo, Gee and Juno. They had the place rocking, and it was only 6:30 in the evening. It stayed rocking until 9pm. With her engaging personality, stage presence, and powerful voice, Gee had some of us standing, singing, and rocking, which totally embarrassed my girlfriend. Juno was on keyboard, and his fingers can fly. His voice was nothing to complain about either. It was downright fun. Sorry that 9pm came so quickly. The painful part. The bill. I don't look at the cost on the menu. I order what I want. My girlfriend looks at the prices, which I deplore. So, I had no idea what to expect. I was surprised... not bad. Everything was a little less than one million VN, about $40 USD plus a tip. A bit expensive, but reasonable for the service, food, and entertainment that we received. It was a surprisingly great evening. My original premise was wrong. We will absolutely, definitely return, and recommend it with a 5 ***** rating to the over 700 expat members of the Hoi An Social Club.
We hadn't booked anything so we were scrambling around last minute to book something and chose the Belle Maison and we were not disappointed! This place is amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful and the facilities are superb. We had a pool view room which I would revommend booking. The breakfast and restaurant is fantastic and we ate most nights there. The hotel was close enough to walk in to town and bike to the beach and I got a lot of clothes and shoes made from the tailors across the road which was a third of the price of the ones in town and very good quality and quick service! I could not fault this hotel in the slightest and would recommend to everyone. I would not stay anywhere else in Hoi an.
Recently traveled to Hoi An and stayed at the wonderful Belle Maison. Everything was first rate, the rooms, the food and especially the service. Every member of the staff was terrific and made our stay feel like we were staying with friends. Miss Jenny the Customer Relations manager made sure that we had everything we needed and made the stay so very pleasant. We even got to meet the band and enjoyed Miss Geraldine took our song requests in the bar which we danced to a couple of nights. All in all, a great hotel experience and hope to be back next year to stay again!
After a last minute decision to visit Hoi an, we could not have been better looked after than by the team at Belle Maison. Richard our F and B manager went out of his way to look after us as did many of his delightful staff. One of the highlights for me was enjoying the music of Gee and Juno - they played a huge variety of music every night and had the crowd enjoying it non-stop! Gee's energy was infectious and to top it all off, they even put up with us gatecrashing their stage on the final night (sorry to the other guests but we had a blast!). Thanks Belle Maison and all the hard working staff, you made our stay a highlight of our Vietnam experience and we would definitely recommend you. Hope to be back again one day soon!
