Ms Annie checked us in and she was amazing! So friendly and gave us a lot of great tips and information. The pool cushions were never put on and we had to ask for them and the staff didn’t seem happy about that, room was nice, would stay again!

A quiet and calm space created with carefully curated thoughtful design touches throughtout.We loved our stay at the Anio and only wish we could have been here longer. The pool area was a highlight and provided a great way to relax. The staff were super helpful and always on hand with recomendations for the local area. The hotel is located a few minutes from the center of Hoi An and very convenient to get to and from.

I was very happy with this hotel and would highly recommend it! The breakfast buffet was healthy and had a good variety. Staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel itself is aging but it is very well kept. The rooms, beds, linen were very clean and crisp. Room service cleaned everyday during our 4 day stay. The bathrooms are slightly dated but were super clean. The pool area is great to hang out at and well maintained.

A Truly Memorable Stay at Anio Hoi An Our stay at Anio was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is spotless, the beds incredibly comfortable, and the pool—perfectly chilled, offered the ideal escape from the heat of Vietnam. Breakfast was a daily highlight: fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety to suit every taste. The location strikes a great balance—peacefully tucked away from the hustle of Hoi An’s centre, yet still within easy walking distance to the heart of town. But what truly sets Anio apart is the people. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable. From the moment we arrived to the moment they waved us off in our taxi, we felt completely cared for. Special thanks to Flora, Ms Hue, Ms Van, Mr Dolphin, and Mr Ken—you turned a great stay into a special memory. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Anio, and next time, I’ll be staying even longer.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They went over and beyond to help us. Unfortunately the room was just a bit tired and outdated. There was mould around the shower. I notified housekeeping and they tried to clean it but couldn’t get it all off.

We loved the Hotel and staff were amazing. Pool is wonderful but the boards around the pool are all cracked and damaged and very hot to walk bare feet on. They definitely need to upgrade same. Otherwise a fabulous Hotel and absolutely beautiful staff.

This is a beautiful hotel with a large pool. A little out of the super busy old town area which makes it quiet and pleasant. The staff provides exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this hotel.

Fabulous hotel - stayed here 3 nights with grown up family. Great service throughout. Provided us with rooms very early after overnight train journey. Lovely spacious rooms. Breakfast probably the best we have had in a month of travelling. They provide a bus service ( every couple of hours which you need to book) to get into old town. However we walked or took taxi ( very cheap - Grab bikes available but v few cars). Went out on hotel bikes - fine for a tip into town or out to paddy fields but no gears so not for serious cyclists Overall great place - all family loved the hotel and Hoi An - yes a bit too touristy but definitely worth a visit

The staff here was so polite and informative! They made sure we knew what amenities were available to us and helped connect us to any tours or transportation we needed. The hotel offers free breakfast and free shuttle which was so convenient. Hana and Mr. Dolphin made our stay feel fun and safe!

Anio Boutique is a very nice hotel with excellent staff, very nice rooms, a great breakfast, very nice pool and spa facilities. It is a 15 minute walk from there to old town so that is a bit inconvenient, that and the bicycles could use some servicing. Otherwise, a fantastic place and I am glad I stayed there.
