The staff were awesome! The hotel was very well located to all the sights. Nancy was exceptionally friendly and had great customer service skills. Bath shower had good water pressure. Gym was okay. Treadmills could be upgraded but they did work. We would stay here again.

Property is nice and in close walking proximity to old town. Raven, front desk, was wonderful and she made our trip very pleasurable.
The faculty was beautiful. The restaurant had great food beautifully presented. The place is new, and I’m confident it will succeed, especially with the Front Desk Manager (as I would describe her. Unfortunately, I did not get her name, but she seemed clearly in charge and attentive to all details, including the specifics of my shuttle service.) I would recommend this as a honeymoon destination.
I love my experience here in Allegro hotel. Its a new hotel with excellent services from every department. There’s a variety of western and eastern food for breakfast buffet. The room is huge with a cute bathroom. The bed was too soft for me but that’s a personal preference. Every staff member were nice, friendly and spoke basic English.

It was nice. Some of the hotel staff, especially the door boy are trying to make quick money at your expense. Tried to ask for double the going price for getting transportation. Very shady and sketchy. Said to only talk to him. Room was very noisy, there is construction all day. Gives you a headache. Other staff was ok. The buffet breakfast is decent. Location is rather close to popular sites. Overall, the stay was decent. Some staff was very limited in their English.
Wonderful new hotel with a lovely staff. The massage was excellent. Room was comfortable and met all our needs. On a less busy street so quiet and relaxing. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
