Nice spot for exploring the region

Nice home. Plenty of space. Beautiful garden. Great location, though not much nearby to walk to other than a strawberry picking farm (we went twice by car and really loved it) and a beach about thirty minutes by foot or five minutes by car — if you are not a walker, this will not matter. However, it was the perfect location for exploring the region. And the nearby beach was lovely - we went twice during our stay. Do expect to pay extra for linens and there were no extra rolls of toilet paper and only a few toiletries supplied. However, Kaufland is only a 9 minute drive away and we were able to easily buy the missing supplies. We were unfortunately told that both the washing machine and dishwasher were not working upon check in. This was of course disappointing. That first evening (Fri) we tested both machines and found the washing machine WAS working, which was a huge relief. However, the dishwasher was not. On Saturday a repair person came and on Monday a new one was installed. I was very happy because communication with the property manager was very good And he was always responsive. With German punctuality they came to install the new machine earlier than scheduled and we were in the middle of preparing our breakfast, which was awkward. However, we feel satisfied with the arrangement as we received a partial refund for our Inconvenience and as stated before, the matter was dealt with quickly. With a new dishwasher, future vacationers should not have the same disappointment. Glad we stayed here and we would recommend this vacation home.

ein schönes Wochenende mit Freunden

Freunde und ich hatten ein schönes verlängertes Wochenende in der Villa JoKlaDa. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist in der Nähe der Ostsee. Wir haben viel Zeit auf der gemütlichen Terasse verbracht, sind an die Ostsee gegangen und haben das gute Wetter genossen. Die nette Dame, die die Immobilie betreut, und ihre freundliche, zuvorkommende Art haben das Wochende perfekt abgerundet. Gerne wieder!

Tolles Haus mit großzügigem Wohn- und Essbereich, einem gut gepflegtem Garten für Außenaktivitäten und großen Bädern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sogar ein Grill und Outdoor-Spiele, sowie Liegen und zwei Fahrrädern standen im Gartenhaus bereit. Ein schönes Rundum-Paket, das Freude bereitet hat.

Einfach nur idyllisch!!!

Die Ostsee ist immer eine Reise wert. Alles in der Anzeige stimmt! Es ist absolut familienfreundlich. Die Lage ist, wenn man sich fürs erste umgeschaut hat einfach traumhaft! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Leider gibt es im Dorf keine Möglichkeit einzukaufen, dafür aber einen Brötchenwagen der morgens rumfährt und alle viele nette Orte MVPs sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mann kann bei schlechtem Wetter, was es an der Ostsee kaum gibt einfach in die nahegelegen Orte und wenn es schön ist, kann man wandern, Radfahren und man erreicht in allen Richtungen ganz schnell die Ostsee... Vielen lieben Dank an Familie Thermann für diese nette Unterkunft!!!!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung mit viel Natur

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Haus sehr genossen. Die Strände in der Nähe waren nie zu voll. Besonders zu empfehlen: Wanderung vom Strand Campingplatz zur Marina hohen Wieschendorf

Es war sehr schön, sauber und alles vorhanden. Wir waren zu 7 Personen und wir konnten uns wirklich vom täglichen Stadtleben und Stress gut erholen und die Stille der Natur am Strand genießen. In allem war es eine schöne erholsame Zeit.
