The holiday home in front of Schöneberger Tor is located on the edge of Hofgeismar’s old town, known for its half-timbered houses, right beside the historic city wall—central yet peaceful. Built in 1923 in the traditional style, this detached house offers a rear garden with fruit trees. Facing Schöneberger Tor, a front garden stretches to the stone wall with a pergola on the corner. It’s an ideal base for exploring the “Sleeping Beauty” town, the nearby Reinhardswald, or for trips to Kassel (about 25 km away), home to attractions like Wilhelmshöhe Palace and the Grimm Museum.
The bright, airy house is in the geographical center of Germany. It accommodates several (even small) families, perfect for family or friends’ gatherings, in a beautiful, hilly landscape of fields, forests, and river valleys. Shops, delicatessens, and a large supermarket are within walking distance in the old town. Purely party groups (e.g. bachelor parties) are not welcome.
Parking is available directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored in the cellar. The house features Wi-Fi, a kitchen, and smoke detectors. Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus
Das Haus ist ideal, wenn man eine Unterkunft sucht, um sich im Freundeskreis zu treffen. Es gibt ausreichend Platz, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch die Möglichkeit im Freien zu sitzen und den Grill anzuwerfen, hat uns gefallen.
