En verano, el calor es insoportable en la habitación. El acondicionador de aire solo circula, pero no enfría. Informamos, pero nos dijeron que estaba funcionando bien, y que poco a poco hiría enfriando. Nunca enfrió. El hotel tiene buena localización, excelente desayuno. Estaba limpio. El personal de recepción podría ser más amable para hacernos sentir bienvenidos. Durante la temporada fresca, o fría, es una buena opción.

Great hotel within walking distance of plenty of attractions. Didn’t have to use transportation during entire stay, except for coming in from airport. Concierge and other staff very friendly and helpful.

I loved the hotel. Centrally located. Very clean. The staff were amazing, especially the porters. I am planning to return and have recommended this hotel to my friends. The breakfast is fantastic. Every aspect of the hotels operation is structured. Loved how well everything flowed. I was actually sad to leave. I didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop but did go there and it was beautiful. It was crowded and the staff kept the line for non hotel guests moving. We didn’t have to stand in line since we were hotel guests, great perk. Would love to go when the pool is open, we didn’t get to enjoy that either.
