The Space: Modern and minimalist, this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom newly built apartment is both convenient and luxurious with thoughtful architecture and design, and premium finishings.
Located in a cool, edgy Hobart laneway, the apartment is a delightful retreat after a day of the buzzing through Hobart’s incredible sights and hospitality scene.
Enter the apartment into a light-filled open plan lounge, dining and kitchen with Tasmanian Oak floors. The living space features a comfortable two seater couch, flat screen TV, Wireless Sonos Wi-Fi sound system, dining table with four chairs and split-system.
Use the sleek kitchen with new microwave, cooktop and stove to prepare meals, or step outside to Hobart’s abundant and delicious food scene.
The apartment has two good sized bedrooms, one with built-in-robe, and both with Queen sized beds. The beautiful bathroom has deluxe floor to ceiling tiles, walk-in shower with rain shower head.
Other features include European laundry, double glazed windows and tight security with a video intercom system.
Guest Access: Once guests enter the bottom door, they will have access to the shared stairwell up to level one. Please be mindful of other guests/ tenants. Once inside the apartment guests have full access and private use of the entire property.
The Neighborhood: Ideally located, the apartment is close to everything that Hobart has to offer. Grab a morning brew from Coffee Darling, just a couple of minutes walk away. For lunch or nightlife, head to In the Hanging Garden, a stylish open air lounge with casual eating, only 2-minutes from the apartment.
A stroll to Salamanca and its endless eateries and bars is just 12 minutes walk away. If you’re heading to MONA Museum for the day, it’s just a 15-minute walk to the ferry terminal.
Hobart airport is an easy 18 minute drive away.
Getting Around: Metro Tasmania bus stops are located all over the city to get you around town or nearby areas.
Taxis and Uber are also available, as well as Neuron and Beam scooters to hire via apps.

Great spot, well designed, could do with a maintenance chechin
Really nice space, well designed, good range of supplies. Heating/cooling was effective.Not sure if it was just the previous tenants, but there was some damage to the table and door handles, which could have been difficult if we hadn't been careful.Location is down a slightly dodgy looking alley, but it was actually very peaceful and quiet for an inner city location and the food nearby was great.

Property is in a great location and overall on first look is beautiful. However it needed a deep clean and a few repairs. Door handles were broken, marks on walls and floors. It felt grubby, all surfaces needed to be cleaned such as light switches, and high traffic areas.
