This is the second time I have stayed at this property and unfortunately this time does not compare to the first. This time the room was small, smelly and noisy (air con & fridge) In saying that the room was very clean and tidy. The free parking and convenient location was the sole reason we picked this property and this did not disappoint.

Perfect location in Salamanca. Everything walkable. Only issue was the shower would go from hot to cold and back again without any warning. Some furniture is a little worn. But all that can be overlooked because of the location and price.

Wonderful location!! 10/10 Very walkable to Salamanca, the harbour & CBD. The onsite parking was great and driving around area was easier than expected. The decor was a little dated but didn't worry us as the place was huge and well equipped.

We loved our stay here. Great view from the penthouse room and very affordable. The only issue we had was when we went out for the day and the staff made up our room, when we got back they had left both the balcony doors wide open. Being in Tassie, when we got back it was freezing in the room. On another day they had turned the air conditioning on. Not sure why as I didn’t have the chance to ask them. It was just a bit strange.

Never stay there again, ruined our trip to Hobart!

Whilst the people at reception including the manager were lovely, our stay was negatively impacted by our room being accessed by the cleaners whilst we were still staying there! They threw out items we had bought on our travels like cheeses and wine and were about to keep everything else until we walked into our room. Note this was before checkout time and we hadn’t checked out yet! Management were nice but just feel violated and still don’t know what worse they threw out! Left such a negative impact on our first visit to Tasmania! Would never stay there again!

Great Location

Great Location, right on the corner of Salamanca Place. Parking included (if full you can park across the road in Lenna car park at no charge). Plenty of space inside apartment, quiet location. Only negatives: cleanliness was ok, but not great and bed was uncomfortable (rock hard).
