love the location but the hotel sound proif is terrile and didnt help i stay at 6th floor i could hear the motorbike seller advertising broadcast through the night.not help the stupidcrazu fashion week stage nearby blast out really loud music i could literally party in my room at 2am. the room is dated and strangely got a wakeup morning call at 7am even i didnt request it. serious sleep depreviated after a week. the breakfast at 1f is madness, always way too buay and full of people and too spread out...im tired just to get through the brekafast crowd. if you are light sleeper like me, its not the hotel for you.
Very nice hotel located in the centre of Ho Chi Minh. I stayed in the Tower in an executive suite - the suite was on par with any other 5 star suite I've stayed in. The club lounge facilities were very good, (food, drinks and service). The other restaurants and bars in the hotel are very good, especially the Saigon Cafe buffet, excellent choice. My only small issue would be the Gents Changing rooms in the health club are a bit dated and could do with refurbishment. Other than that I will certainly stay there when in Ho Chi Minh.
I and my father stayed 3 nights at this hotel it was our first time to be in HCMC and its location was very convenient for us to access to anywhere we wanted to visit . We stayed in the club studio room with two comfortable beds and a nice view of the city , on the first day at night we had a prob one of the lights in the room didn't turn off even after the master switch was off but they sent pp to our room to resolve the matter immediately . Breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of fresh foods . In the fifth floor the swimming pool was beautiful and I particularly liked the club lounge at which I could help myself with drinks and snacks , and it was such a nice place to read in quiet after the day's exhaustion in the evening . The hotel staffs are friendly and kind and special thanks to the lounge butler Mr.Thuc Nguyen for his devoted support and help he provided us during our stay . Overall we had a wonderful time there . If we'd an another opportunity to go back to the city we'd like to choose to stay at this hotel again .
I have stayed at both the "standard" hotel and the towers at this hotel. While both are very nice, the standard rooms are little dated and need a bit of an update, but are still very comfortable. The Towers, on the other hand, are the most comfortable and modern rooms I have stayed in ANYWHERE on the global. The staff is exceptionally attentive and accommodating, and the concierge lounge on 5th floor serves the best breakfast anywhere - period. i will always stay here when I travel to HCMC. Airport transfers are exceptionally convenient, rooms perfectly appointed - and they take special requests (pillows, flowers, etc.) all in stride. Exercise and pool facilities are excellent as well. Outstanding.
The hotel is grand and my room was big. Service could be improved though. There were times when the staff would just come into the room to let us know that the hotel was doing water works. The notification was nice, but I was in the bathroom with the door open when they came in! They could've just slid the paper under the door, right? Breakfast was nice. So many choices but some very oily. Chose the pastries instead. Also, I had a room at the very end of the corridor. Sometimes the housekeeping staff would just put the trolley there and sit behind it and talk outside my room.
Our family stayed at this hotel for 3 days ,2 nights .this is our second time to stay here ,we loved this hotel a lot ,it had a standard North America from the room size ,swimming pool ,restaurant to the service ,it is so worth it to stay in executive club suite ,the room size a lot bigger ,had your own floor for snack food and drink ,you are the only one had key to get to your floor ,so private .thus hotel was central location district one ,we loved it ,you can walked around and don' t need taxi at all ,the service was great .Highly recommend
My friend and I stayed here in March 2017 and were upgraded to the executive club suite. It was beyond amazing. One of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Would anyone be able to help me in figuring out where I could purchase a chess set that matches the one they have in the suite?
Decided to stay here because of the location being walking distance from most markets/restaurants - and I'm so glad that I did. Not only was the location perfect, the room, service and lounge facilities were fantastic too! My husband and I stayed here for a week and had a great time - enjoyed a few games of table tennis and chess as well as great food at the spg lounge.
We were only on Saigon for a couple of nights so wanted somewhere nice to get a drink with a view and the Sheraton certainly didn't disappoint. Whilst the drinks were more expensive than other bars the views over the city were a must see.
Was here for my biz trip for 4 nights. Initially the experience was poor. Complimentary water wasn't replenished, no newspapers given though i am on the SPG floor & no complimentary fruits at the elevator which other Sheraton locations provided. Hot water in the bathroom is not working. There was a dispute on my laundry coz it was claimed that the sleeve was scratched before laundry though i was sure it wasn't. But i must compliment the team that the issues are resolved in a satisfactory manner. Also, would like to thank, the director of rooms, Mr Edwin Pfeil for looking into the matter personally & getting the issues rectified. Thanks!
