Very dissatisfied with the whole check-in process, we paid for the gym and pool usage and was not able to use and the owner wanted more money from us. The unit was dirty upon arrival, we had to remove the hair that was in the shower because it wouldn’t drain properly. The toilet was nasty and was not cleaned properly. I would not recommend that you to keep offering this location to anyone because it will give Hotel.com a bad name!!
