We just had our second amazing stay here and we'll absolutely be back! The bedroom is super cosy, nestled in a quiet alley just steps from the city center buzz. Phuong are incredible, they genuinely go above and beyond! Think spot-on late-night food finds, sorting out a motorbike rental, and checking in to ensure everything was perfect. This is our go-to spot in Ho Chi Minh City, every single time.

The host was extremely responsive. I accidentally left my wallet in the apartment after checking out, and the host immediately reached out and brought it down to me while I was still in the lobby. The apartment was in a great location, and I really enjoyed my stay.

Only positive things to say about this wonderful place. Every detail is considered and the hosting is as good as it can be. There are several small details like complimentary snacks, small notes so you know how to use things, superb cleaning and an overall feeling of warmth. The location is a short walk from some lovely cafes and food options. I recommend this place highly.

I really liked the location and layout of this house — it’s very comfortable and peaceful! The room has plenty of space to move around, and it comes with a wardrobe, hangers, and a water filter pitcher. There’s also a private bathroom for personal use.

Phuong’s place was great, he even stayed up late to make sure I could check in when my flight got delayed. They helped me set-up tours and gave me tips on restaurants as well. I would strongly recommend Hoa’s to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh.
