Nice hotel. Good location for HCMC-UT university visitors. Good buffet breakfast although it was usually late to serve in the morning. Internet was intermittent but the staff was cooperating to change room for better reception.

Hotel only good for sleeping

Breakfast are bad, food and drink are cold, not much choice only suitable for local people. TV picture are not clear. Hot water shower is very weak. People smoking in the restaurant.

房舍老舊，馬桶常不通。 樓下餐廳唱歌，聲音太吵。 早餐6:30才開始供應，越南多地方7:00開始上班上課。 二樓本來有很不錯的按摩中心，已經歇業。 浴室蓮蓬頭漏水，水溫不均。 wifi連不上去。

朝食の時間は６時３０分からと伝えられていたが、実際には６時４５分ぐらいから。 各種案内が少ない。 ランドリーサービスも表示が不足しており、実際には高い支払をしなければならなかった。

Besuch zum Ballon Event im Dam Sen Park

Wir wurden vom Freizeit und Erlebnis Park (Dam Sen Park) für das diesjährige Neujahrsfest eingeladen und wohnten im Ngoc Lan Hotel. Das Hotel liegt ca. 10 Autominuten vom Park und ca. 15 Autominuten von der Innenstadt entfernt im 11. District. Auch wenn es an einer Hauptstrasse liegt sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig geschnitten und bieten ausreichen Platz. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls für Hotelverhältnisse sehr gross. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, mit Kühlschrank, TV, Klima. Das Badezimmer mit WC, Dusche o. Wanne, Fön und kleinen Utensilien zur Pflege. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl und ein Restaurant. Die Rezeption ist 24h besetzt. Vor dem Hotel gibt es einen Sicherheitsdienst, der beim be/entladen behilflich ist und auf das Gepäck ein Auge wirft. Wir waren 15 Tage vor Ort und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Essen ist landestypisch und sehr zu empfehlen. Getränke und kleine Snacks können auch auf das Zimmer mitgenommen werden. Ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich ein 24h Mini Markt. Wir werden im Mai wohl wieder kommen und auch im nächsten Jahr freuen wir uns schon sehr auf ein Wiedersehen mit dem sehr freundlichen Hotelpersonal. Das Hotel bietet den idealen Ausgangspunkt für tolle Ausflüge nach Saigon sowie für Touren zum Mekong, Meer oder ins Landesinneren.
