The shower sprayer/head did not stay mounted and had to be held during use. I reported the problem multiple times to staff and was told that it would be resolved and never was. In addition, the pool was closed for a maintenance and there was no gym available. The description clearly says there was pool access. The host/management was absolutely horrible. Zero compensation was offered for the inconveniences. Save yourself the hassle, consider considering booking accommodations with someone else

For the price we were not expecting a lot but what we experienced was very disappointing. Upon arrival the building displayed a big red sign stating short term rentals were not allowed, which was the first red flag. Upon entering the apartment we noticed there was an infestation of bugs on the ceiling. They eventually came to spray and kill all the bugs but that was just the beginning. The entire apartment was not properly cleaned with dirt on the shelves and floor, and long black hairs also all over the floors. We have young children, and were surprised to find the locks to 2 of the doors leading to the outside balcony (on the 14th floor) were broken so we could not lock the doors. Had to stack furniture in front of them and sleep with anxiety. Finally, we were staying on a Monday and checking out early Tuesday morning, and after a long vacation planned on a slow relaxing pool day before our departure. Unfortunately we found that the pool is closed for maintenance every Monday, which is not stated in the listing at all. Overall one of the worst properties have stayed at, and again this is already with low expectations. The only good thing I can say is that it is in a good location. If you value even a low level of cleanliness or have young children, avoid at all costs.

Our stay was short, only 2 days, but it was great. This place was very clean, easy to find, and within walking or Grab ride distance to many things to do, eat, and see.
