Clean an convenient

The property is very good clean and convenient and appeared to just have gone through a renovation. Our recommendations would include lamps in the living area, shades or curtains on the windows and sliding glass door, area rug, and other decorative enhancements

Assesment

Well located, nice view, very clean. Did not think the interior was well appointed. Furniture was a disappointment, but the bedroom was just fine. TV was too complicated. Our biggest problem was check in. At nearly 80 years old we were not use to the automated system. And on arrival could not find anyone to help, eithe on site or by phone. Had to spend our first night at a Red Roof Inn , until we got into the unit the next morning. We will know better next time, but frustrated on day one this time.

Long weekend getaway

This is obviously a newly renovated unit. Although sparsely decorated it was extremely clean and had everything we would possibly need. However whatever housekeeping company manages the towels and toilet paper could be greatly improved upon. The toilet paper is like sandpaper and the towels are old and need to be replaced with newer ones. The rental agency needs to be more specific about certain things like shuttle to the beach, and I must say they were extremely professional and courteous and prompt in every way though. I would recommend it for the price and the location it was great

Great place for vacation

Location was on the harbor and great. Our view was a little obstructed by a large tree but we had a great view of the pavilion that had nightly live music which made up for it. Very clean, easy to check in and out, voucher for beach gear was included with our stay. The only thing that I would recommend changing is having the parking pass already in the room instead of having to go to the office at a different location to pick it up. There was great communication from the staff about everything and received multiple texts during our stay, but that was not mentioned. I had to read through the original booking email from months prior to find where to go and how to obtain it. Check in was at 4 and we got there around 5, by that time the office was closed so we couldn’t speak with anyone to clarify this. Very minor issue but it could easily be avoided by having the pass in the room or sending a reminder text on how to obtain it. I highly recommend staying here and would do so again! My first visit to Hilton Head and I’m glad I stayed here!

Great spot

Quiet spot with nightly live music in the area that was just perfect! Only downside was the pool was hard to locate at first…it’s the one at Harbourside I and it is not heated.

Christmas visit at 7135 harbourside ii

We recommend this property when visiting HHI for the holidays. The condo was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Loved being by the shelter cove area and walk around the harbor where the boats were docked for Christmas time. Very relaxing place to be. Jane our concierge was fantastic!!!

Great location for visiting Hilton Head. Close to everything and a beautiful view! This suite is very comfortable and spacious and super clean!

Great location

We loved staying here. It was within walking distance to shops and restaurants and close to other places that we drove to. The place was very clean and had a decent view. The only problem was the sliding door didn’t lock/unlock very well and the comfort of the bed. The bed was so hard we felt like we were sleeping on the floor. We didn’t get much sleep while there but overall we had a great time.

Nice place

When we arrived, the door code would not work. Took us one hour to get ahold of someone despite leaving messages at all the numbers listed on communications from Relax Rentals. We also sent emails. We finally were able to reach the Captain of security at Palmetto Dunes who used his resources to track down a person who could provide a functioning code. This all occurred at 4:15 pm. The management company should do a better job staffing people who can be responsive. We had another issue when we extended the rental one day, and the code changed. Got locked out again. Karen Kelly provided me a direct contact number, which allowed use to resolve the issue much faster.

Great place, Great Location!

Property is listed as sleeps 4, probably best for two adults and/or two adults w/children. Close to everything., there are also 3-4 restaurants on property and stores. A few needed things for the unit; tea kettle, measuring cup, and clock for bedroom. The unit is near the stage so be prepared to hear live music from 7-9 pm.
