Wedding weekend

Loved the place, clean, comfortable furniture and convenient. Couple of recommendations…..change the handles on the refrigerator to open toward the counter/sink. Easy fix. Also offer a recycling bin. All the sustainability talk but I still threw away my plastic water bottles. The TV is slow…,..to react. Frustrating. Access to the beach was great and would rent again.

Everything was great until it wasn't

Upon checking that all appliances were in working order,we discovered that the fridge wasn't working and hadn't been for at least a couple of days. After pretending they didn't know about the situation and then later admitting they were aware and going back and forth we received a mini fridge that froze all of our things and 20% compensation. They charge $34 for the gate pass when you can get them for $2] at the gate

Location can not be beat. 2 minute walk to Salty Dog. Short walk to the sound, a bit further to the ocean. Condo was nice and clean, plus all the necessities you need. The appliances are showing some wear, but to be expected with a rental. Overall a great condo, well worth the cost.

Great place, great spot

Fantastic vacation spot for a family of four. The island is beautiful, and being at South Beach near the intercoastal and the ocean is perfect. We enjoyed good bike rides — you do need to be in decent shape for the long ones — to other parts of the island. The management company was responsive to a few questions. Overall, highly recommend this property and the property management company.

A 5-minute walk from both the beach and Salty Dog. Is a perfect location. Wish the pool would have been open because the weather was amazing. The only downside was that the trolley was not running to South Beach Marina. Look up the schedule if it is something you like to use.

Excellent Location Near South Beach Marina

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Easily walkable to the beach and Salty Dog restaurant group. Clean, well equipped kitchen. No ice maker but enough ice trays and proved Yeti ice packs the cooler was not a problem. We were there for a tennis tournament so walked to the South Beach racquet club. Only a 10 minute ride to the main Sea Pines RC. Highly recommend this property.

Sea Pines Getaway

Great property. Very clean and comfortable stay. The location is just a short walk to the absolutely beautiful beach. The area is very quiet and a wonderful place to stay. Management was very responsive for an issue that came up but it got resolved.

Great Weekend Getaway

We are regulars to Hilton Head, but this is the first time we stayed for a long weekend instead of a full week. Taking a chance, we rented this 2 bedroom condo last minute & so happy that we did. The unit is on the second floor, very quiet and the door code was easy to use. Once we opened the condo door & stepped inside, we were welcomed with a very nice beach bag (that we were told to take home with us) water & a small vase of flowers along with a handwritten note in the kitchen. The personal touch was not only unexpected but made a great first impression. The entire condo was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Beach towels are provided as well as quality products such a foaming hand soap, dishwasher & washer pods, extra blankets/towels & paper products. There were even beach chairs in the front closet! Huge bonus! The location is across the street from the beach & a short walk to the Salty Dog. Communication was excellent and all instructions were sent ahead of time. There is even an app to use, which made referencing information on your stay, local suggestions, places to eat and things to do at your fingertips. Check in/check out was easy & nothing out of the norm. We had a fantastic time and would recommend this rental to others. Thank you so much!
