Great location
Condo was nicely furnished and clean. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. The living area was large enough for us all to hang out. The pool was located near the rear doors but was not too close to be obtrusive. The condo complex is located near the lighthouse and has many restaurants nearby. The area is very family friendly. Beach access is easier on bicycles, so planning is required if you want to take your vehicle as parking is extremely limited in Sea Pines. There is a trolley system, but we didnt use it. Public beach parking is available at Coligny Beach but it gets crowded during summer. Bicycle rentals are available from several nearby vendors and is recommended. There are many bicycle paths throughout the island and is a great way to tour the area
The condo itself has a nice kitchen for preparing meals and a washer/dryer for cleaning clothes. It literally felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed our few days there and would love to rent this condo again in the future.
