Welcome to our Sunshine Bliss Villa! Our recently updated ~550 sqft is only a few steps (less than a minute walk) to the beach, located in the Seaside Villas and accommodates upto 6 people. Wake up or enjoy the evening on our private balcony viewing the ocean. Our Villa is within walking distance to Coligny Shopping, Celebration Park, nearby restaurants & family friendly things-golf, tennis, pickleball, miniature golf, shopping.

Our villa is professionally cleaned between guests, and cleaning includes changing all queen, twin, and fold-out sofa bedsheets. Changing all bath and hand towels.
Our guests are provided with starter items including a couple of rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, and shampoo/conditioner. In the kitchen you will find a roll of paper towels, washcloths, liquid dish soap and a few dishwasher soaps.
Our kitchen includes all your basic needs with a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, along with few pot/pans and basic utensils.
Bedroom and living area both have a smart TV that you can login and living also has pullout sofa bed and dining area.
We provide to our guest with 2 beach chairs, one umbrella and beach toys.
Seaside Villas offer washers and dryers at a common area to all guests on each floor. It is located down the hallway by the stairs. Cost $1/load (quarters only) per wash and per dry. No motorcylce, traillers, or boats allowed.

Experience at Sea Side
I have stayed at this particular property three times and loved my condo. The unit I was booked into this trip however, was very old. The mattress was terrible. Nothing has been updated. The view from the balcony was nice and the location.
