This home boasts an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings throughout, luxury floor, new carpet, large rear porch with a swing, a fire pit, and much more! The kitchen features a pantry, granite countertop, and updated stainless appliances. Only 3.1 miles to the beach! South-Island community with pool, playground, tennis, basketball, convenient to all Hilton Head Island has to offer!
