Not the cleanest
1) Upon check in I took off my flip flops and it didn't feel as if the floor had been swept in weeks. Moved the dining room table and chairs just a couple feet to the side and it was obvious nobody had moved the chairs last time they DID sweep.2) Bath towels were hanging neatly on all the racks in the bathrooms and every towel was wet. Not damp, wet. Nobody could have hung these up without knowing it. Then it's the conundrum on whether they were washed but not completely dried, or, just hung up wet after showers. First thing we had to do was wash/dry all the towels.3) Moldy/musty smell permeated the condo. We know the conditions on Hilton Head Is, but we have rented over a dozen residences on the island and have never experienced this. My wife was getting headaches from the smell. We tried burning scented candles and using Febreeze, but it was not good.4) We needed 2 parking passes and were told we would have to pay 35 for a second pass. We paid and were told the pass request would be called in to security. We called security to make sure a 2nd pass was there and were told they received no such request. I asked if I should call the property manager and security said not to worry, they'd just print a copy for us. After getting home I checked the listing again and found 2 passes ARE to be included. They are crediting me the fee, but they gave a shot of taking 35 from me for no reason.This was a great location but we won't be returning to this property
