Bad location on property

Wasn't happy with garbage pick up outside our bedroom window 2 out of 4 mornings.Couldn't find the unit and we walked all over with luggage and had to call the office for a better description of it's location.We had to leave early due to hurricane hitting Georgia, we had to get home to prepare and we informed that we were leaving and had no response or refund for nights not there.We informed them in case they wanted to clean early.Pool area is not maintained well.

Family vacation

We had 3 families together for a vacation and had a fantastic time. Plenty of room for everyone and never felt on top of each other. All of the beds were very comfortable, very well stocked kitchen and such a convenient location. We parked our car for the week and were able to walk to everything. The weather didn’t always cooperate but we had a fantastic vacation anyways and already looking forward to returning.

Great location & lots of space

Enjoyed our stay at Sea Crest. It’s very convenient to Coligny plaza, shops and restaurants. The space is large. We had 9 including older teams and adults and had extra space. Overall the design and furnishings are very nice. Very clean including the kitchen and baths. Carpet is getting a bit worn but considering the amount of beach sand it brings it it isn’t bad. The sea crest bldg feels a bit like a jail block and the fountains were drained and filled with brown sludge. We assume they are going to be under maintenance at some point but no workers yet so they are an eye sore. But that can’t be blamed on the condo owner who made everything very easy. We highly recommend.

Great location, very noisy

Pros: -Great Location! Walking distance to Coligny Beach shops and restaurants, easy access to beach -Spacious and nice decor, nice bathrooms -Condo was well-stocked with essentials for cooking -Pool Bar Jim’s downstairs had great drinks -Comfy beds Cons: -The building is old and one of the pools was drained/being repaired. -The porch overlooks a parking lot -NOISE - I don’t think we got one good night of sleep. The condo complex has an odd setup with a large indoor atrium/hallway area with tons of echo. One night we had drunk teenagers outside our place breaking bottles and screaming around midnight, one night we had kids skateboarding at 3 am, every night we had people singing at the top of their lungs in the middle of the night. Three rooms had windows into this loud hallway. The other 2 rooms faced the parking lot and were slightly quiet, but had garbage pickup early in the morning every day for about 30 minutes and often had loud people in the parking lot. Don’t expect to sleep well at this place (or maybe we just got really unlucky with the spring break people staying in the building).

Amazing stay

Absolutely perfect property. The rooms and common area are spacious, it's located directly across from all of the Coligny Beach shops, and the access to the beach is fantastic. We had our family of five in addition to two sets of grandparents and we never felt cramped or in need of anything the condo didn't provide The proximity to all the local restaurants meant that we could walk to dinner every night and the beach every morning. We're already planning on booking our stay for next year!

Simply Amazing

This villa is superb. Gorgeous, incredibly spacious, amazing location. The beds were SO comfy, huge closets in most rooms, beautiful decor. I can’t say enough about this property. Would LOVE to come back again soon.

Looks can be deceiving

We had a good time and the condo was the right size for our family and friends. However, we had several issues while we were there: 1. the bathroom outlets stopped working, 2. There was a leak in another bedroom that we had to have fans been brought in to dry the carpet and no one ever came back to check it. Lastly, we had water condensation coming from the stove vent onto the stove the last morning it collapsed, and I will send pictures of the water in grease in disgusting stuff that was over a breakfast food. Feel we are due some money back on this stay. For the money we paid we should not have had the issues we did.

Perfect Family Beach Trip

This property is amazing! We had 6 adults and 6 children. The bedroom set up was perfect for us ! Everyone had their own space and en-suite. The kitchen was perfect for cooking in. Plenty of space! Wonderful pantry! The property was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was perfect. It’s a short walk across the street from Coligny plaza. It was perfect to walk across the street for dinner or ice cream. The pools were great! The kids enjoyed the small kiddie pool.. especially my 3 year old. Pool bar Jim’s had great food and drinks.. so convenient! The beach was incredibly spacious.. we never felt crowded. Would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful Condo

Beautifully decorated spacious condo that is located near coligny plaza so lots to do within walking distance. It has a large balcony for sitting outside but it faces a parking lot not the ocean or grounds of the property. It is on the first floor which is nice. Hilton Head Island is beautiful!

Perfect Beach Get-A-Away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, perfect combo of a private home experience with the option of the “resort” vibe. Loved the community pool with adjacent bar. Food was delicious (the blackened grouper sandwich) along with the frozen adult beverages. The beach was beautiful and not overly crowded or commercialized! The house offers all the comforts of home and more. Plenty of space for a large group, with privacy for couples. We will definitely be making this trip and house a yearly tradition!

Great space and location

The unit is well laid out with ample space and well appointed furniture/decor. It is a 2 min walk to the beach or to the restaurants and shops of Coligny. It makes a great space for family or a group of friends. The host service is highly responsive and very helpful. I would stay there again!
