Moving forward, the kitchen serves as the heart of the home with marble countertops, white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with seating for four. Conveniently located just off the kitchen is the laundry area.

Bedroom one and bedroom two are located right off the dining and kitchen areas. Bedroom one is furnished with a queen bed, while bedroom two features a twin over twin bunk bed, making it an ideal space for children or additional guests.

Continuing past these rooms, the home opens into a spectacular living area. Vaulted ceilings with skylights, expansive windows, and multiple sliding glass doors fill the room with natural light and provide direct access to the backyard.
