Rare golf/tennis pkg. is exclusive to this property only, cart fee only($25-$35) 4 person daily on all 3 resort courses(some golf availabillity restriction may apply) 2hr daily free tennis. If you know PalmettoDunes you know how perfect this location is,our unit is closest to everything, located in first building of the complex with enjoyable 3 minute stroll to tennis, pickle ball, golf, resturants, general store, sports adventure ctr. Bike miles on child friendly bike system or kayak on 11 mile lagoon. Beach patio dinning at Dunes Beach house or Marriott pool deck all steps away. Townhome has main level master bedroom with king bed and private bathroom with balcony. Bdrm #2 privately located upstair with bathroom and balcony. Sofa sleeper in main living area. A/C unit for each floor, laundry in unit, private fenced area to shower and store beach items. Share pool complex.
