The location is perfect in our view. Close enough to everything to bike to, quiet enough to sit out on the deck (when the traffic to the adjacent areas subsided). The view of the pond was amazing.

The grounds around the property were nice but unfortunately it was very noisy very early each day. The unit backs up to a well-traveled road and although conveniently across from the pool, that means loud leaf blowing at 7am. Just bad luck and obviously temporary but there was also construction starting at 7:30 each morning about 40-50 feet away from our bedroom. Otherwise the condo is clean and was perfect for our party of 3. Appliances are a little outdated but adequate. Great value for the money. Loved all the trees and how quiet the area was otherwise. Would definitely consider renting again.

Excellent location and great amenities (pool, tennis).Very easy walk & access to beach.Apartment comfortable and clean; however, our unit overlooked a major time share construction project and work started most days at 7:30am and lasted generally until 6pm. Even on Saturdays. Not a very quiet environment at all.Also the outdoor deck was not clean nor were the outdoor furniture and furniture cushions, a result of construction dust no doubt.
