Serenity awaits you at this cozy 1100 sq. ft. home on South Forest Beach Drive at the Seascape Villas. Private beach access is just across the street, and in a 5-minute walk, your feet will hit the sand. Plus, there are six beach chairs and a beach cart that are provided as a bonus. Enjoy exclusive access to a beachfront cabana (restrooms) - so no need for anyone to leave the beach. When you're done for the day the cabana also has a foot wash.

Take a dip at one of two saltwater pools or relax and enjoy the picturesque view of the lagoon from the deck, which includes a patio umbrella and seating.

Watch your favorite TV shows in the living room. The property features free WiFi and cable. Guests will also have access to a desk workspace with a monitor. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and dine comfortably, including a dishwasher and disposal. The dining table offers seating, in addition to the kitchen bar.

Seascape Villas also connects seamlessly to Hilton Head’s bike paths and walkways. You’re conveniently located near Coligny Beach Plaza (0.7 miles) and its numerous restaurants and shops. Great place to stay! Clean, easy walk to the beach, pools were nice, beds were comfortable, quick bike ride to Coligny plaza. The supplied beach cart and chairs worked great. Was a great vacation and would highly recommend this place.

Townhouse was adequate for our stay. Surprised that only two 1oz shampoo & conditioner were provided; no body lotion or hand soap. Note to next: bring your own. Beds comfortable but pillows could have been better. Nice selection of beach accessories. Kitchen was very nice but ice machine did not work. Overall very nice for the price.

Great location!

The condo was clean, but had a musty or doggy smell when you first walked in. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Short walk to beach. So glad that the owner provided 4 beach chairs and a beach buggy. It would be nice to have a small grill on the lovely little deck. We rented bikes to enjoy the many bike trails and biking on the beach. Perfect weather all week. We had trouble with the tv in the beginning and couldn't access the channel for the NCAA tournament. It took 3 calls to get the combination for the beach bathroom. We finally were able to get it from another renter. Overall a nice stay!!
