It was a bummer
Vacsa is the property management company. There was a snow storm 2 days before our travel date. The first night we were suppose to arrive the roads were closed to the Island and we were unable to get to the property. We asked to move our dates since no one was booked on the back end of our trip. They refused to help and never gave us a heads up that there was a state of emergency declared. So we stayed on the property for 12 hours instead of the 48 hours we paid for. No offer for the a first night refund. The check in process was a nightmare. We were given the wrong codes. We had to keep calling the 800 number to find the property and get the correct code to the elevator and then the unit. The property was under construction which wasn't mentioned in the listing. Overall very disappointed. ......................................................
