Hilton Head Resort es el mejor valor en la isla y esto de dos dormitorio-baño dos, Wi-Fi equipada unidad es uno de los mejores en Hilton Head Resort! Se acaba de ser remodelado (junio de 2013) y estará disponible para el alquiler al final de junio. El balcón tiene una gran vista de la marisma, el campo de golf y el mar!

La cocina se ha actualizado con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Todos los muebles y ropa de cama es nuevo y tiene una decoración temática de playa brillante y alegre. Estamos ubicados en el Edificio Dos preferido, junto a la piscina principal y cerca de nuestro acceso privado al mar.

No se permite fumar dentro de la villa, pero se permite fumar en el balcón cómoda que tiene una hermosa vista al campo de golf Robert Trent, laguna, pantano y el océano. La piscina tiene un Tiki Bar con una tienda en la parrilla / conveniencia contiguo con capacidades de Internet WiFi, alquiler de bicicletas y mucho más. La comida de la parrilla es bastante buena, hay un bar de servicio completo. Los juguetes de playa y tablas de surf, etc. están también disponibles.

Nuestro complejo residencial está situado en el centro y tiene seguridad las 24 horas. Disfrute de nuestras instalaciones que incluyen dos piscinas al aire libre y una piscina cubierta climatizada con piscina para niños que se encuentra en nuestro centro de recreación ronda gran año. Esta instalación también incluye un gimnasio, jacuzzi y sauna y una pista cubierta. No en el estado de ánimo para nadar o hacer ejercicio ... No hay que preocuparse porque nuestro complejo también cuenta con 6 canchas de tenis iluminadas. Todos los servicios están disponibles de forma gratuita para todos los huéspedes.

Está a un corto paseo por el pantano en nuestro paseo marítimo privado (o se puede coger el transporte a la playa del complejo) que desemboca en Coco está en la playa, un pequeño y pintoresco 'oasis'; y pasos más allá de que es la mejor playa se encuentra en Hilton Head Island. En el camino, disfrutar del agua salada escénica pantano que es abundante vida silvestre, incluyendo garcetas, garzas y cangrejos. Nunca se preocupe por las multitudes en esta playa y es verdaderamente hermosa.

Golf está a pocos pasos de distancia con el Robert Trent Campo de golf (que se encuentra junto a la propiedad). Este curso es famoso por el hoyo # 10 mar. La vista se acerca el agujero es espectacular y se puede ver desde nuestra parrilla frente al mar, "Coco". Esta cabaña privada cuenta con sanitarios, alimentos y bebidas y es un buen lugar para tomar un descanso del sol o esperar a cabo una breve ducha de lluvia.

Great Place

Only had one issue and it was resolved by the owner very quickly. Very good and fast communication. Only thing we didn’t like was the long walk to the beach. Not the owners fault and he provides you a beach cart which helped.indoor pool the kids loved

Wonderful week in Hilton Head

We really enjoyed our stay. Owner was extremely responsive and offered flexibility though luckily our stay wasn't affected by storm Debby. Loved the golf course/ lagoon view and Coco's on the beach was awesome too! Highly recommend!

Boardwalk to the beach

We had a great time! The only thing is of you have small children, try for a lower floor, getting everyone up and down 3 flights of stairs every time we wanted to hit the beach was pretty exhausting. There are elevators but they are inconveniently placed

We had a wonderful time ! The host was extremely responsive. There is a golf course fairway , lagoon ocean view. The wood bridge looks long BUT very short trip to beautiful beach as well as fun tiki lounge at the path to beach.

Great place to stay in Hilton Head

Everything was just as listed. Very well stocked, and nice location away from the busier parts of the island but not far away either. The resort has a lot of amenities available too. The property owner is very friendly and responsive. We had a great stay!

Xmas in Hilton Head

Our family spent 11 days at tbe HH Resort over the Xmas break. Condo was great and we enjoyed our time there. Nothing beats a morning walk along tbe beach.

Great Condo

We love HHResort, but especially this condo! It was clean, had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. It was so helpful not to have to bring our own beach cart and chairs, as they were provided. The location of this condo gives you an awesome view. Balcony is overlooking a lagoon, to the right Robert Trent golf course and a slight look to the left you will see the boardwalk and ocean. What else could you ask for? We love wildlife, and were blessed seeing all the birds and a very special treat of 2 doe, 2 fawns and a buck running along the small strip of land past the lagoon. The unit is also in a quiet area of the complex, which we truly appreciated. This unit would be our number 1 pick for our next HH vacation.

Relaxing Vacation

The building itself is a little dated, but the villa is just as it looked in the pictures. I loved being able to walk out on the balcony in the morning and hear the ocean waves. Shopping/restaurants were not far away. We loved walking down to the beach using the convenient boardwalk. We especially loved the sunsets on the beach. We will definitely be back!

Good location, great host, cleanliness could use some help

Our stay with Bill was overall pretty good. Arrival and check in were easy and mapped out well by Bill. The kitchen and both bathrooms have been renovated nicely. There are not a ton of dishes so I'd plan to bring your own paper plates and possibly mugs to avoid having to hand wash a lot of items if you're planning to eat and make coffee in the apartment daily. Location of the apartment is fantastic with only a quick 12ish minute walk to the beach. The boardwalk shuttle for the resort is also a plus. My stepson took advantage of all of the pools and enjoyed them very much. The resort is aging and a little tired, but is very well maintained by the staff. Our biggest complaint was cleanliness of the apartment... the floors were filthy and had clearly not been vacuumed and mopped in some time. There also was no kitchen trash bag in the can, there was no liquid hand soap, and the extra pillows in the master closet were brown. However, when I reached out to Bill the morning after our check-in, he sent cleaning staff with brand new pillows, hand soaps and a whole box of trash bags. 100% appreciate his willingness to help and make the situation better for us! Overall it was not a bad stay.

Great beach access with a bar!

We enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and had everything we needed. There were some beach items available for our use in the guest closet. A couple beach chairs, some toys, and most importantly a beach wagon! The walk across the boardwalk was not long, but a shuttle was also available. We enjoyed the beach bar just on the other side of the boardwalk. While there was some rain, we were able to enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub in the next building. There is an elevator between each building and the buildings are connected on each floor. There are also luggage carts near the elevator. Thanks for a great stay at a beautiful beach!

Perfect for a beach vacation

A 4.5 rounded up to a 5 star location. You really can’t beat the location, the boardwalk isn’t too long and there’s a little shuttle that’ll drive you up and down. The indoor pool is heated but kind of small so on the rainy days it was very crowded. The outdoor pool with the bar felt much more relaxing vacation pool and less community center indoor pool. The kitchen is pretty well stocked in terms of cookware, we made a lot of our meals and the only thing I found myself wanting was a muffin tin. The best part of this unit for me was the included beach accessories. Having an umbrella with the corkscrew bottom was so helpful; and the wagon made carting three chairs, towels, an umbrella, and toys a much easier task. The cart doesn’t push easily on the loose sand so it helps to have someone pull as you push. Cocos has great food and smoothies, my kids went nuts over their chicken tenders. There’s plenty of places to leave your beach stuff while you eat or grab something to go. The resort overall felt a bit dated, not necessarily in a bad way but it was noticeable. The lamps in the unit were kind of dusty and a few bathroom fixtures were loose, I felt like I was always being extra cautious to not knock a towel rack off the wall. I loved the views, you’ll probably get to see several alligators in the water around the resort, huge perk for me but I know not everyone gets excited about wildlife like that. Overall I really enjoyed our stay and I would stay here again

I hate not to give 5 stars but there were some issues and I have to say we were most impressed how the owner responded. could not be fixed right then but there was true concern over them. We like that. We had and always have a wonderful time in Hilton Head. This location is great and this unit has a really nice view. Comfortable bed. Always a happy plus.

Terrible Resort

My husband and I stay in this property for 3 nights. The apartment was okay and the communication with the manager was excellent. However, the resort is not in good condition. Completely dated, on day one someone throws a lot of dirty towels in the corridor, on day 3, the towels are still there.
