Large Three Bedroom Villa in the Heart of Palmetto Dunes!
You'll love this three bedroom Hickory Cove villa!
The kitchen comes fully-equipped with everything you'll need to dine in. The dining room seats six. The living room features plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family with an HDTV and slider access to your private deck. Completing the first floor is the large Primary suite with king bed, HDTV, secondary slider access to the private deck and an en-suite bathroom with tiled tub and shower combination.
Upstairs you'll find the remaining two guest bedrooms. One of the guest bedrooms has two queen beds, trundle bed, HDTV and an en-suite bathroom with tiled tub and shower combination. The other guest bedroom has two queen beds and one twin bed, HDTV and yet another en-suite bathroom with tiled tub and shower combination.
The beach is accessed with a five minute bike ride!
Complex pool is open April 1 - September 30 and hours and dates are subject to change.

Wasn’t supposed to be this we were supposed to be right outside the lagoon much we wasn’t, the house stunk so bad and we were going to a wedding and I didn’t want to have all my clothes smell musty and moldy gross. There was food in the cupboard with all kinds of ants and bugs in it. The rug was all curled up for the little ones to fall over. And it needed a big thorough cleaning it wasn’t very nice I would never recommend it to anybody. The only thing that we did like it was a short walk to the beach they were true about that

Clean, roomy & great location!
Spent a week at this fabulous villa and will come back again for sure! Clean! Great for a family with 5 adults, plus 2 grandchildren. Plenty of beds and baths, kitchen fully stocked for lots of cooking, gas grill was great also! Only a 10 min walk to beach even with lots of gear, next door to the pool! Appliances worked perfectly and a/c was super cold!

Perfect floorplan and location
Fergvacation property manager was excellent with Pre-arrival info and help. Floorplan creates two “suites” which was great for the couple with baby. We used the kitchen a lot; the porch was great in the morning; beds were comfortable and super convenient to golf and tennis.

Great location on Hilton head
We had a great stay on Hilton head. Loved this property. The amount of beds worked great for our family. About 1/4 mile to beach. So walkable or bikeable. Loved the access to tennis and pickleball. Great location...about 15 -20 minutes to Harbour Town. We loved The Salty Dog, Crazy Crab was just ok. Could use hair dryers and new non-stick frying pans at this rental, but overall a great stay and a great experience
