Nuestra familia ha estado de vacaciones en Hilton Head Island por más de 20 años. A lo largo de esos años, hemos creado recuerdos inolvidables, como pesca, observación de delfines, andar / andar en bicicleta en muchos lugares espectaculares. Un gran lugar para relajarse y disfrutar de las vistas de la impresionante playa. Nos hemos alojado en las unidades Breakers en muchas ocasiones. Es, con mucho, uno de nuestros lugares favoritos para quedarse durante sus vacaciones aquí. Lo que hace que las Villas Breaker sean diferentes a otras es la cercanía a restaurantes, tiendas, lugares de entretenimiento y la playa. A unos pocos pasos a través del área de estacionamiento encontrará fabulosos restaurantes y tiendas, y unos pocos pasos en la dirección opuesta, se adentrará en las hermosas aguas del océano Atlántico.

Después de muchos años, la oportunidad se presentó a nuestra familia para comprar una de estas villas frente al mar. No podíamos dejar pasar la oportunidad de hacer que uno de estos fuera nuestro.

Nuestra villa en 236 Breakers está ubicada en el segundo piso y la vista del océano es completamente impresionante. ¡Ha habido pocas experiencias en nuestra vida que se comparan con nuestras vacaciones familiares en esta playa!

Te invitamos a ti y a tu familia a visitar y crear tus propios recuerdos. Podemos facilitar alquileres diarios, semanales y mensuales. (Snowbirds son bienvenidos). Intentaremos acomodar cualquier petición razonable. Ofrecemos un descuento del 25% para alquileres mensuales. Sin embargo, solo se aceptan alquileres semanales desde el primero de abril hasta finales de septiembre. Todas las demás solicitudes de alquiler serán consideradas.

Beach front, beautifully decorated, great location condo

4pm Checkin was communicated - however we arrived at 12:30 by UBER after traveling with a layover and had nowhere to secure our luggage!Asked the cleaning ladies after 3pm if we could put our luggage on the deck until they finished - had some communication later with the owner who mentioned it was ok! (No one was at the security office, that we could find)The ONLY issue we had! The condo was perfectly decorated stocked with anything we would need upon arrival very clean Coligny circle is a few steps from our condo The balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean.The free trolly transportation is nice & we easily UBERED to several dinner locations. We enjoyed our first visit to Hilton Head

Would Book Again

This property is exactly as the photos depict. So after you've scrolled through them, you should need to look no further. It is clean, well equipped, and perfect for walking the beach again, and again, and again! As a second story unit, you have a great view out to the ocean and the beach. Additionally, with a gated beach walkway, there is an extra level of security and privacy. Parking was never an issue with a private lot and a security station. It is convenient to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, etc. However, a short drive will broaden your horizons for restaurants and a "must visit" bakery, The Hilton Head Social Bakery. If you need an outing for early dinner, head to the Old Oyster Factory Restaurant.Definitely a location worth rebooking each time you visit South Carolina.

Truly Wonderful

We have stayed at this clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated villa now four times, and will be counting the days until we can visit again. The view of the ocean and location to Coligny Plaza cannot be beat! A true gem.

Beach Bliss

Don and Mary Ann were incredible to work with including a last minute schedule change. Their home was beautiful down to the last detail. They even included some holiday decorations since we were there during the holiday period. The condo was immaculate (and that is from a clean freak). They provided starter packs for everything and made the home more than welcoming. The view was amazing and location cannot be beat. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and cannot wait to return to this home full of beach bliss. Thank you Don and MaryAnn!

Great location and place to stay

This was perfect for us. Nice view out to ocean, tastefully decorated place, plus walking distance to stores and restaurants. More than 2 people may feel cramped as some families need space, however there were supplies to accommodate more. Thanks for providing such a great place to stay during our time there.

Fantastic location with gorgeous view!

Fantastic location at Coligny Plaza steps from so many restaurants, shopping, groceries, live music, parks, biking paths and right on the ocean. Parking was always available and check-in and out was a breeze. My husband & I really enjoyed our stay!

Oceanfront Condo

We have chosen Breakers for the last three years - each year a different Condo. This wonderful Oceanfront condo has been our favorite thus far! The owner and property manager made it feel like home for the week we were there. It was so cozy, so clean, and the view was unbeatable. During our week stay, we had half beautiful and half rainy weather. We were able to kickback and relax in the condo during the rainy weather. One of our favorite things about Breakers is the location. Can’t beat the short walk over to all of the shops, food, and bars. We will be back!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo. Great view of the beach and quiet despite being tucked into a busy area. Wonderful condo with an excellent location on the beach. Across the street from Coligny Plaza so you can walk to dinner and shopping every night. View of the ocean from the deck is gorgeous. This was our second stay here and I'm sure we'll be back.

A Perfect Stay!

We just got back from spending a week at this beautiful condo. Within the first 15 minutes we had a knock on the door from a manger with the cleaning service checking to see if we had any issues upon our arrival. We found the condo to be extremely clean, well taken care of and well appointed with everything we needed. The communication and follow-up from the owners was great with making sure our check-in went smoothly to thanking us for our stay and wishing us safe travels on our way back home. With this being our first time to stay at HHI i reached out to the owners for a list of places to eat/dine. Don got back rather quickly with a very comprehensive list of places depending on what we was in the mood for. The condo and its location was perfect for our stay but the interaction with the owners is what separated this place from others in making us feel welcomed during our stay. Daryle & Nila

Great condo and wonderful location

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at this condo on Hilton Head. We had great ocean views and a terrific location that allowed us to walk to many of our favorite restaurants and attractions. The condo had beach chairs, which was a great convenience, and all the amenities we could ask for.
