These luxurious two-bedroom/2.5 bath, two-story Spinnaker townhomes in Shipyard features a spacious open floorplan. As you enter the foyer, the skylight above gives a welcoming feel into the open dining room and the living room area. The living room with its large picture window, has a large flat screen TV, stereo and sleeper sofa. You will find everything you need to cook for the family in our well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops.
