This beautiful Hilton Head Island vacation rental is a two-story townhouse with golf views from the deck of the 10th fairway on the George Fazio Golf Course. It is located directly across from the community pool and a short walk or bike ride to the beach with private beach access at the Disney Beach House.
The villa has hardwood floors flowing throughout the living, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen and bathrooms have been completely remodeled. This villa can accommodate up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom on the first floor includes a king size bed and a large walk-in closet. Located upstairs, the guest bedroom features two twin beds and the loft has two additional twins.
Enjoy your private deck overlooking the George Fazio Golf Course with your own gas grill. There are many extra amenities for staying in this Palmetto Dunes Resort managed property including discounted golf and free 2 hours court time daily of tennis and pickle ball.

Highly recommend
We had a wonderful stay! This condo was perfect for our family of 5 (3 children under 6). The condo was very clean and the spacious for everyone. Had all the necessities that we needed. Nice upgrades. Located directly across from the family friend pool, which was great and beautiful views of the golf course.
The baby pool could use better upkeep and was quit dirty during the stay, but not a reflection of the unit by any means. Justs need some attention by the community association.
We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
