Just inside the entrance to Shelter Cove Marina, this small private community is waiting for you to unwind beside yachts and watercraft of every kind, all while enjoying an updated and contemporary villa.  Walk inside and you will be surrounded by tasteful, coastal touches where every room is designed for comfortable, lowcountry-style living.  From the well-stocked kitchen to comfy bedding, this villa will charm you from start to finish. Like to spread out and watch TV?  The contemporary, spacious living area is perfect for family time.  Outside or inside dining is available, you'll never know where your family will gather!

The beach is just a quick 5-minute drive or shuttle ride from the villa. Beach access is located in Palmetto Dunes at their newly renovated Dunes House, where you will find parking, dining and bathrooms nearby. This was a great place. Great location. We are former owners of this property so it was just like coming home. One thing that we did not care for was the sliding door in the master bedroom. I felt it took away some of the privacy of the bedroom because there was gap/space between the door and the door frame. We enjoyed our stay and plan on renting this unit again next year.
