This airy condo boasts a welcoming open floor plan with a furnished balcony. Come back from one of the outdoor pools to spread out comfortably and stream your favorite movies and shows on the smart TV in the living area using your own accounts. Take advantage of the on-site restaurant or surprise your guests with delicious homemade meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchenette, complete with a full-size fridge, an apartment-size stove/oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A Nespresso coffee maker (guest may bring their own pods to use) and a regular coffee pot are also available to start every day off right. Additional perks include central air-conditioning plus on-site laundry facilities and shared grills if you're craving a cookout!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
