The listing was accurate, but the condo is really tiny. For a rental in the beach, our usual experience is that there is more gear and towels than what was provided. The kitchen is super bare bones and my biggest problem is that the stove, while present, barely worked. I wanted to bake something at 375 degrees and the oven never preheated after an hour (it only made it to 250). That necessitated eating out basically every meal and wasted money on groceries. We reached out but their solutions weren’t helpful. The stovetop was the same: weak and slow. The positives: great access to the beach and convenient walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Really a beautiful setting, and the beach there is amazing. Parking was also easy and plentiful. I recommend keeping your beach chairs and umbrellas in the car to avoid trekking them up and down the stairs/elevator each trip. Overall a nice place in the small side that did the job, but could have been better and more well appointed in my experience.

Great location & well appointed condo

Spent a few days in Hilton Head with my adult son. Great condo building with two pools & easy access to a gorgeous beach. The view from the condo was a plus. Plenty of parking & the unit came with 2 parking passes. Location was ideal to walk to restaurants & grocery stores were a short drive away. Really appreciated the beach chairs & beach umbrella.
