Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located beach side condo at Hilton Head Resort Villas. The main bedroom has a king bed and bedroom 2 has double bunks with lines and towels provided. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and dishes. The cozy living room has a wall mounted cable television with free wifi, board games and books for a relaxing time.
The community is filled with amenities like an indoor heated pool in our building, workout room, jacuzzi, indoor walking track, 2 outdoor pools, lighted tennis courts, playground, grill areas, on-site restaurant, bike rentals and more!!! There is a scenic pier walk to the beach or consult the schedule near the elevator for the golf cart shuttle. Beach towels, chairs and toys available at the unit.
Nearby there's dining, shopping, putt-putt, jet ski rentals, dolphin tours, and premier golfing.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a travel crib.

great place for a family getaway

Great place, great host!An FYI - this is in the one building at the resort with indoor activities. Other guests in the complex who are early riders CAN be heard from the living /kitchen area (but NOT from the bedrooms). We picked this property because bunk beds were shown in the 2nd room picture, but found out shortly before we left for the trip they had been replaced with a single over double bed (with a pull out trundle). It was a beautiful, quality replacement (as furniture goes) - just wasn't as user friendly for 4 teens/adults. My son ended up sleeping in the living room. (He says to tell everyone the couch is VERY comfy!)The host is SUPER easy to talk with and very quick to respond to questions!We LOVED the fact that 6 people can VERY comfortably fit at the kitchen table! The kitchen was well stocked!The resort (as always) is gorgeous and super family friendly. There is lots to do without ever leaving the property. Wal-Mart and Dollar Tree are just a few minutes away if you need anything!Overall - this is a great property with a ton of bang for your buck! Would absolutely stay here again!
