The villa was close to many places but nothing really within walking distance. The pathways and roads were nice to walk and tennis and pickle ball courts were nearby.When we arrived the door code didn’t work but a phone call to the office resolved the situation quickly. The villa was tastefully decorated, clean and more than ample for the two of us. The furniture and the primary King bed were all very comfortable. (We didn’t use the second bedroom but the beds seemed new and the room was more than large enough for two). Closets were large in both rooms.The kitchen is well kitted out with all the cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes etc. that we needed. Even a blender and choice of keurig or drip coffee maker.We had an issue with the in-sink disposal but was resolved really quickly by maintenance.The only cons were that the back patio could use a clean. Cobwebs and debris were everywhere and couldn’t sit out there until we did a thorough wipe down. The only other issue was in the primary bath. After a week mould was evident in the grout and by end of week two it was in most of the grout on the lower level of the shower. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
